Herzlichen Dank :)

Beautiful place, pleasant coolness in the rooms, air conditioner, kitchen, pool, very good location.
For 14-year-old youth with a height of 175 cm had too small mattress placed on the floor.

A beautiful Villa in a very charming and beatiful location. In pre season you feel you own the entire house and enjoy the pool with fabulous views. It clearly reminds you of the Riviera . Cute village with little restaurants and the walk to Opatja along the coast line is the experience. A beautiful getaway from the classic touristic and crowded Opatjia. Would always return again.

Location, facilities and open terrace
The wi-fi in apartment number 3 was intermittent. Also the bath was very slippery and we ended up buying a rubber bath mat.

Fantastic view. Comfortable, well-furnished apartment. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, crystal clear sea. Old villa building with 90 cm thick walls. Perfect temperature comfort with minimal use of air conditioning.
Everything was perfect

Very professional staff, friendly and helpful. Accommodation is well located, very close to everything with parking available for our car. Wonderful place to stay!

beds are comfortable and bathrooms generally ok although our shower tray was blocked. it’s very functional and sterile, no character at all so a bit disappointing in that sense. with the two kids sleeping on the sofa bed there was no space to hang out so it felt cramped. parking a bit of a challenge - we were told there is parking but there isn’t. and there’s a huge skylight with no blind so it’s very light. we were there for one night so it was fine but I would not want to stay there for any length of time.
skylight had no blind…. all a bit bland, nothing cosy or warm about it

The villa itself was nice.
The pool was also nice.
The breakfast at the neighbouring hotel was very good
We weren't informed at the time of booking (or in the subsequent messages) that you must drive to another property to check-in and collect the key. This was frustrating and quite difficult, especially having to walk up and down the main road to the hotel/garage with two small children and a dog.
Nobody explained to us at check-in where we could find the pool, we managed to locate it ourselves.
The receptionist seemed more interested in selling dinner and breakfast at this other hotel than making sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable in the room we had booked.
It's not possible to telephone the main desk directly to ask for information. I had to call a central line for the Liburnia hotels and no-one answered after many minutes, so I couldn't ask how to access the wifi.
There wasn't any helpful information in the room either so we couldn't get the AC to function.
Our room was in between two others where the guests were together. They kept walking across our terrace to access each others'
I asked the receptionist for information on Covid-testing as we were due to leave the country the next day. He told me the wrong information, that testing was available from 9-12. We arrived at the test site at 11 to find they finished testing at 11 so we found ourselves in quite a conundrum.
Also there was a big damp stain on the ceiling of our room and the French doors onto our terrace did not work well. One set could not be opened at all. They just needed a bit of care and maintenance, that all ...

Villa Atlanta
Our group, which consisted of 7 adults, rented out three apartments in Villa Atlanta for a three-day getaway. We were given two apts on the ground floor, which had a sea view, and one on the top floor overlooking the back yard/road.
The villa, the view and the surroundings are beautiful, and the location is ideal: close to the beach as well as to bars and restaurants in town. The area is nice and quiet even though it’s close to a busy road. The private beach is nice enough. The two ground floor apartments have a lovely terrace that’s perfect for having coffee and breakfast in the morning as well as a night cap in the evening. Only problem was the light outside was motion-activated so we had to get up every 5 minutes to get it back on.
The top floor apartment is spatious and the double bed on the gallery — which offers enough privacy so that another adult person can sleep separately on the fold out bed on the lower level — is big and comfortable.
One issue was the skylight in the bedroom which doesn’t have drapes/curtains, so the light would leak in very early in the morning.
The ground floor apartments, though, have a poor layout, which means not enough room or privacy for people sleeping on the fold-out beds that are located bang in the middle of the kitchen / living room area. The master light switch for the entire apartment could only be reached by stepping on the fold out bed pillow. The sliding door to one of the bedrooms, located right above the fold out bed’s pillow as well, couldn’t be closed from the inside, only from the outside (the kitchen). And the fold out bed itself could only be appropriate for a small child as it is divided in two by some sort of a plank, extremly low and simply back-breaking for an adult. The appartment is advertised as a 2+2 - not as a room with a kitchen.
There was no night lamp in one of the apartments while in the others you had alternate between charging your phone and using the night lamp as there was only one elctric socket. The AC in one od the apartments kept leaking and water kept running down the wall onto the dresser and the floor throughout the entirety of our stay, and despite numerous calls to the reception and the call center this was never fixed, which caused the wall and the floor beneath it to become ruined and rendered the majority of storage space unusable.
The second AC broke down and started heating so we were essentially left with no AC on a hot July 31st.
None of the apartments had the amenities you would normally expect in a 4* accommodation: beach/pool towels, body lotion, hair conditioner tea and coffee bags.
All of the apartments were dusty which we can understand since we only saw one cleaning lady on the morning of our check-out.

Noisy water pump behind walls. In the night it was very bothersome. Couldn’t sleep.
10.0 / 10.0
The apartment was well furnished and spacious with all required facilities. We were also offered the use of the gym and pool at neighbouring hotel, where the reception staff were friendly and helpful.
A noisy air conditioning unit disturbed our sleep all night, also it wasn’t very clear that we were meant to check in via neighbouring hotel.
