It has nice view, and with a big garden, you even rarely meet with the rest of the guests.

The owner is a very nice person. Communication before arrifval extremly fast and in time. When we arrived, Milan the owner, was expecting for us and he came to greet us. The house has a spectacular view to the sea, as i saw, all the apartments are in that manner that have this view. For sure we will come back to Villa Dinastija. Thanks a lot to them.

There is nothing to comment, everything was good.

Beautiful views. relaxing pool area and stunning gardens that you can see the owners really work at. The owners were delightful.

The property needs modernising, its rustic yet charming. For the price I suppose this is what you expect. The lift wasn't working and we were on the top floor. Lots of steps from parking area with bags, and then again more to room. Not suitable for people who would struggle with steps. I would still stay again though :-)

This property is sheer heaven - we felt very relaxed after our stay here .

Wonderful hosts in a piece of heaven

Spectacular views. Huge apartment that is very well equipped. AC in every room, 2 balconies, 2 toilets, 2 fridges. Spotless. Comfortable beds. Pool area lovely. Lots of spaces inbthd garden to sit in the shade. Table tennis table. Short walk to Kali with a wonderful bay to swim in, beach bar, fantastic vibe. Lovely to relax and getaway to an island but at the same it is very easy to get to Zadar for sunset, sea organ, eating out etc on the ferries which are frequent and inexpensive. Wonderful hosts. Very child friendly. Happy to pick you up and drop you off at Preko ferry port if you don't have a car.

overall a pleasant place with nice people

Nice sea view from the balcony. Plus it was a nice hangout spot ...

the WiFi wasn't working well, and the toilet was a bit smelly

Fabulous, would definitely come back

Had everything we needed, and effective Aircon in bedrooms. Balcony and views a massive bonus. Lovely pool and garden area. Loved the walk along coast path to restaurants in evening.

Easier access to a washing machine would've been good!

Tremendous views!

Absolutely best part of Villa Dinastija is the views! And the location near ferry Port. Second best thing was the pool and the garden area which were really nice and beautiful. Inside everything was really clean even though furnitures and interior were quite old.

Great family mini break

Location. Kali gave us the small village relaxing feel. Marvelous seaside, great Konoba restaurant and lovely village. Pool. Great addition for the children. We can say we all had the best experience... the adults with the sea and the girls with the pool. Flat. Great varanda with sea view and pool view. We loved the all fresco meals and relaxing evening drinks. It was better than what we expected overall.

There wasnt anything special we didnt like. Overall it was a great mini break.

Very relaxing apartment in a lovely location.

A great place to stay on the island of Ugljan and within walking distance of Preko (including the port) and Kali. The hosts were amazing and very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay :) The highlight of the room was the balcony- the view is amazing and it stays very cool in the evening.

Location stunning. Villa is in beautiful grounds with a pool for guests and lots of quiet locations to chill surdounded by fruit trees and butterflies. Hosts couldn't do enough for you.

Nothing apart from the mosquitos. Bring cream and you'll be fine

Very nice house and garden, parking space in front of the building free of charge, nice pool, very friendly hosts, fair price, sea view, big room with balcony and tiny kitchen

Beautiful property with stunning views, great swimming pool but most of all Milan and his wife were two wonderful hosts who made our stay even more perfect.

Perfect place for vacations

It's a very nice place for vacations. The room was really comfortable. The pool, big garden with a lot of places for rest, the barbecue, everything was perfect. Kitchen is small, but very well equipped and was fully sufficient for us. The view from balcony is exceptional. We could enjoy breakfasts and evening wine looking at the sea and Zadar. We had a great time on Ugljan Island and in Villa Dinastija. I really would like to be there back again.

The house is located near the main road and there is same noise from cars.

Exquisite vacation house

The property is a huge house on a breathtaking location. From our apartment, we had a wonderful view of both Zadar and Kali. The apartment was clean and had all the basic amenities like abundance of clean towels, kitchenware, microwave, toaster etc. The pool was fantastic, well maintained and clean. The best part- the owners. They are wonderful people that were always available but never intrusive. We had zero issues during our stay but had there been some, I'm sure they'd do everything humanly possible to resolve them. Once back in Kali, we're definitely staying here again.

There's nothing we didn't like about the property.

Lovely villa on the main road. Parking was sufficient and there is enough space. Host was kind and offered a welcome drink and give all the necessary information. Pool is a nice addition. Beatiful views from the apartments on the top floors.
