Hidden gem by the westcoast of Sweden
Lovely small holiday house on the hillside with fantastic views of the village and the marina. We wanted a peaceful and relaxing seaside place for a short getaway stay from the city life and found exactly that in Riddarhuset and Ljungskile! Can highly recommend a visit. We explored the area and it was a good location for visiting the tourist hotspots along the coast. The hosts were welcoming and professional and provided all instructions in a clear way. Well-maintained holiday house with a homely feel. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. WiFi worked well. We were also lucky with the weather and the veranda was perfect for spending time on in the sun. The secure gate for dogs/children on the veranda was really helpful, as was the dedicated guest parking at the bottom of the stairs up to the house.
Nothing was amiss though the stairs did take some time getting used to. It was worth it though for the great views.

A stunning view with compromised comfort!
One and only USP: the Magnificent view!
What was less appreciated was the sleeping facilities. Very small bedroom for one couple and an attic with very uncomfortable sleeping couch. Downstairs you can live with 4 persons, but upstairs (sleeping area) quite doubtful. unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken.

Huset with a marvelous view.
The view is marvelous. everything you need, you will find in the Ridddarhuset. The stairs to the huset are worth every step, the stairs to the bedroom are quite steep and mind your head.
The furniture could be less and the huset needs some modernization. The beds are quite soft.
