Excellent location for couples to enjoy moments in the middle of vineyards. Lovely wine tour. Cabernet Sauvignon is highly recommended.

The location was amazing. The staff was nice. Also, we liked the food.
The pillows were not that comfortable. Also, I was a bit disappointed the little portable bed for a child was charged 10 euros per night. I we knew in advance, we would bring our own.
5.0
The location and the property itself is beautiful, well spec'd and somewhat unique in style for the area.
The staff let the whole experience down hugely. Check in presented no information about the area or the facilities, winetasting etc. when we arrived - I'm fluent in Czech so there's no excuse of a language barrier.
When we arrived around 2 pm (two couples each with a child under the age of 2) we walked into the restaurant in the hope of getting lunch and all the waiting staff were sat at a table by the bar eating their lunch at the same time, laughing and talking between themselves on their phones etc. which was very rude. They clearly saw us walk in and ignored us. After getting their attention they acted very inconvenienced and pointed to a table. We had to remind them for high chairs and menus. Every request seemed like a chore for one young lady in particular who rolled her eyes every time.
At the end of lunch we were asked if we would be dining in the restaurant tonight. We said yes as this was the selling point of the property for us with with young children that everything was on site. We were then informed that off season the restaurant closes at 5 or 7pm - this should be made clear after reservation as it is a significant hindrance when the nearest place that serves food is a long walk into the village.
The first morning both rooms had only very luke warm water supply, no good for washing bottles for babies and too cold to shower. My wife went to reception and was informed that the water "doesn't get very hot there, but that they'll look into if there's a problem" this is clearly a cost saving exercise by management similar to the early restaurant closure as the next day the water was somewhat bearable, although I'm unsure how they get around legionella prevention procedures.....
On checkout I was then told that next time I should book directly with the hotel as booking.

The place is beautifully set among the wineyard, gardens are amazingly well maintained - the place is just lovely! The rooms were very clean and there was no problem with parking place
Breakfast was rather limited, additionally the restaurant (and that was a big surprise) served poor quality food (I have never eaten such an old bread...) . On arrival we were not informed about the facilities or any things to do (like wine tasting, sauna etc.) which was a pity

The location is amazing 🤩
Our reservation was lost somehow. We got room what was not acceptable for this price (small, dark not really nice)after my claim we got a new room what was amazing and simply corresponds to the price and the order what we had.

a bit crowded place
10.0
Amazing food, absolutely gorgeous property, very relaxing, not overcrowded, very friendly staff
I would only recommend to maybe have the wellness facility set up slightly differently, add music, a mini bar, comfortable lounging chairs or relaxing beds.
9.2
Location, interior, food
A bit overpriced
