Enjoyed our stay very much. Really comfortable and clean.

Proximity to town, lovely interior and nice facilities. Friendly host.

View did not match the pictures. Probably had a different room or view photos taken from roof.

A lovely place but, very little sleep

Lovely room,it was very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Our sleep quality was very poor due to street noise and other guests

Excellent centrally located studios, wonderful host!

very centrally located in patitiri, step out of your room and you’re in the center of restaurants and bars, large comfortable room with all necessities, including kitchenette, lovely owner

It doesn’t have parking, but most properties in town do not, unless you are staying in the outskirts. Parking can be found very nearby, however.

For all those looking to have amazing holidays, Ifigenia Studios will be the one to remember to go back to.

The very best view with the most delicate finishing touches all over the room and balconies:) Most relaxing atmosphere we could ask for. Highly recommended !

We haven’t seen anything that wasn’t functional or didn’t like.

Great studio apartment, I recommend.

We stayed in the suite on the top floor and very much enjoyed our time. Spacious and comfortable all of the areas are well proportioned with a “new” feel. Slept well, full size fridge, sink, crockery and cutlery. The suite has lots of light and windows on all sides. There’s a kitchenette area just outside on the same level with a countertop combined oven, grill and hot plates which we used to cook basic meals. One of the best things was the outside space, there’s two! A covered balcony looks over the town to the harbour to watch boats come and go while listening to birdsong. On the opposite side a larger roof terrace area is cool and shady in the morning and a place to get some sun in the afternoon. A/C works really well and the owner is nice and helpful. 1 minute walk from the harbour front with cafe and bars and a supermarket 50 metres away. We’ll definitely book again next time we’re back in Patitiri. Thanks for a lovely stay

Stunning apartment with a good view and close to the center of the village and seafront.

Excellent room, beautifully decorated and maintained and well furnished. The host was very welcoming and kept the apartment very clean. Good location near the seafront and close to the port.

DARK AND DISAPPOINTING

The bed was confortable

The published photos do not match the reality of room number 1. The room is dark, with almost no outside light, the balcony is tiny and dark and has the air conditioning device of the next room too close and a lot of noise, the shower does not fit an adult and the whole bathroom is flooded when you use it The layout of the kitchen does not allow for cooking except for heating water as the distance between the kitchen and the extractor hood is minimal. The kitchen has ants. If you're not willing to pay for the expensive rooms, you'd better find another hotel
