A unique property! It is beautiful. Close to the A26 about an hours drive from the tunnel, perfect to acclimatise to right driving! The hosts are friendly, kind and efficient. The breakfast was delicious. Our accommodation was small but lovely. I highly recommend this property.
I cannot fault this establishment.

What an absolute gem! Lovely welcome by the owner who accommodated our poor French! Went in to Saint Omer which was nice and breakfast delicious. The studio with balcony was gorgeous. Only downside for me was no shower but I'd still stay here again.

Warm welcome by our host Isabelle to her stunning and unique home. Our room , 0although on the small side had all that we could wish for to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable- exquisitely presented. The availability of prepepared food in glass jars ready to be heated in the microwave in our room was a brilliant concept and we enjoyed eating the meal in the evening sunshine in the beautiful garden. We will return!!

The farm itself, garden, surrounding is well kept and beautiful.
Room was cozy. Good ensuite bathroom with luxurious shower cabin.
Good breakfast.
Our stay was greatly affected due to upstairs guests and the lack of any updated soundproofing.
If you go there for a romantic or quiet stay... Or both... I'd recommend you get an apartment with either no above apartment or get the upper level one.
Friendly owner.
It's an old farmhouse with old out buildings. They last is what we stayed in, in a ground level apartment. We were told there'd be guest arriving later who would stay in the upstairs apartment.
We expected to hear some noise, but it was a LOT of noise. And it went on and on and again early in the morning. Constant moving about and you could hear them talk.
In my opinion not cos they were so loud, but due to the lack of any updates to make it a bit more soundproof.
It greatly affected our stay. We were only there for one night luckily.
Note we live in an old farm ourselves so we know you'll hear more with old wooden structures, but this was not updated at all.

history mixed with nature, we felt half spoiled and pampered like royalty and half freely and naturally like on beautiful farm.
that we stayed too short! it’s amazing place and amazing region, worthy to spend more time…

So much better than a chain hotel room. Beautiful grounds, well equipped accommodation. Excellent breakfast. Food and drink for evening meal also very good.

We would love to give a review for this property, but they locked us out and we weren't able to use the property. We did message ahead to let them know, we'd be late, as we'd had car trouble, but then kept getting the messages returned.
We sent a message at 22;30 to say we estimate getting there at 00;30-01;00. We slept a little in the car, in a nearby church yard (no street lights),then we went to Calais and caught an earlier ferry.
(Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual alias table) were the messages we got.
To show a little compassion, as the delay was beyond our control and we'd had a terrible journey, we didn't do this on purpose.

The pictures don't do justice of what this place actually looks like! Absolutely stunning! Very warm and welcoming, room is cosy and well maintained. Coffee machine, kettle, fridge, shower (with a steam sauna function!) etc. etc. Host very friendly and there if you need anything. Breakfast from local produce and selection of glass jar evening meals was amazing! Some restaurants / cafés within 10 - 30min drive. Arrived on a motorbike and was offered to park it under the shelter instead in a main carpark. Oh and cats Snow and Smoky! They are adorable!! Will be definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a stay near tunnel / ferry (only 40 min away).

Amazing domain!
Super nice and friendly hosts!
Cosy and clean room, worth every cent!
In the early morning it was loud because of the people staying above us, but can't expect anything else from such an old building!
