The apartment is part of the hotel complex and gives access to all hotel facilities which are very well maintained. It was nicely furnished and super spacious with incredible sea view. Staff is very welcoming, professional and helpful. We travelled with a baby and our older child and found the hotel super practical for family vacation. We paid extra for breakfast at the hotel and also had dinner a couple of times - the food was really excellent and the choice was abundant. The proximity of Veli Losinj and beautiful nature are additional bonus. We loved the place so much that we prolonged our stay for two extra days.
Not completely stroller friendly as the apartment is on the second floor without an elevator, but it was safe to leave the stroller on the ground floor. There are also other apartments available on the ground floor or with an elevator so maybe check with the property if this is an issue for you.

everything.

Garbage trucks and trash cans noise at 06:00 in the morning, every single day.
Hotel pool needs to be refurbished. Joints between tiles in the pool are black (probably mold) on most of the pool bottom.
Issues with plumbing.
Irregular supply of toilet paper.

Proximity to city center (5 minutes walking), outdoor and indoor pools, kind staff
they charge for pool towels change during the stay, which does not make sense given you use them every day!

Everyone was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent in the hotel. The pools are very nice, and there was no crowd in it. We could take the poolside bed and umbrella for free. The sea was extremely clean, the ladders were perfect to go in and out. The place is between Mali and Veli Losinj, both reachable by walk, and very nice. If you like running, there is a perfect seaside path between these cities. Shop is also in walking distance, in Veli Losinj.
Kitchen equipment could be upgraded, a dishwasher and a toast maker would be nice.

Everything is on the TOP! Comfortable appartement, very-very good breakfast, a little bit expensive, but very good, also the dinner. I offer everybody!
Appartment is 50 meter from beach, very clean, beach service is well organised. I offer everybody to test cold Pelinkovac with lemon.
I was already fifth time here and come back, if it is possible.
Nothing, because everything is professional.

Excellent location, beautiful views.
Our appartment didn't have a sea view which I asked for but after one night we were moved to another with a lovely view.

I knew exactly what to expect, I am spending my summer vacation in Veli Lošinj for more than 40 years, and last 6 years I am regular at Punta. Sometimes even more than once a year. So it is obvious that i like the place and the service. The service, meaning all the people there that I have met (reception, bartenders and waiters, entertainment staff) are exceptionally friendly, educated and more than capable to do their jobs.
Noise that woke me up at ~07:00 every day. I am not sure what that noise was, but it has to be either cleaning or maintenance of some kind. I have noticed that the pool is not in the best shape... it is perfectly clean, water is OK, clear and clean, but rust spots and broken tiles are visible on some places... that should be fixed, and hopefully will be for next season.

We had an apartment in the 5 floors building within the resort. The 2 bedroom appartment was perfect clean. The real value of this accomodation comes from the location, wonderful access to the sea, free of charge chairs and umbrellas on beach and quality of food, drinks and personnel in 4 bars/restaurant. Punta resort is located close to picturesque old and calm village of Veli Losinj. You can walk the promenade from resort to the village and back following the sea shore and watching nature and amazing lagoons. In 15-30 mins you reach main and second port of Veli Losinj to find prefered one of many local restaurants. Bora bar was great! Beach: the water is crystal clear as typical for Adriatic sea. There is several concrete/beton terraces and platforms with plenty of sunbath chairs - the discipline of running in the morning to lay the towel on the chair is not performed here. You may rent SUP board or sit-on-top ocean kayak too. The service and menu in pool bar was great, there is also a beach bar below and bar for drinks with the sea view in evenings. Simply perfect. It is 15 mins by car to Mali Losinj, which is more like tourist trap. We had very colourful and rich buffet style breakfast every morning in hotel restaurant.
In our apartment operated by hotel (and perhaps owned privately?) the only issue was quite old and worn kitchen, but we did not use it at all at all the close options for eating. The small balcony was filled with outer air conditioning unit, therefore only used to dry towels and bathsuits. In general, we spent wonderfull time in here!

Its location is great and the facilities are excellent.
The garbage collecting machine made a big noise early in the morning.

Very friendly staff. Just a little bit not enough visibly information on the road with clear written direction on a signpost(board), but generally not any big problem to find the hotel's reception.
there was nothing unsatisfied !
