About this apartment rental
The apartments of Villa Pineta, the PIGNA and OLEANDRO, each with an independent entrance, are immersed in the green pine trees and the scents of the Mediterranean scrub. In direct contact with nature you can benefit from the wonderful sea breeze and the music of the sea undertow. The pine forest around the house is made up of lush Mediterranean scrub and numerous dwarf palms.
The beach in front of the Villa is made up of fine white sand and rocks.
Cala Liberotto (part of the municipality of Orosei) is a seaside resort well served by commercial and tourist services, sports facilities and swimming pools, restaurants and hotels.
It is located on the Eastern coast of Sardinia, 75 km from OLbia.
You can get there by taking the state road 131 from Olbia to the Siniscola crossroads, from here take the state road 125 to get to Cala Liberotto Sos Alinos in via Lungomare n ° 62.
In Cala Liberotto there are places of naturalistic interest such as Bidderosa (Mediterranean scrub and pond), Cala Ginepro (Mediterranean scrub, pine forest and beaches), Sa Curcurica (Mediterranean scrub and beaches) and Sa Mattanosa (Mediterranean scrub, pine forest and beaches).
The apartment La Pigna (5 beds), is on two floors and with a sea view, it consists of a bathroom on the upper floor, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with a bed, and 1 bedroom with two single beds, all rooms overlook a large veranda overlooking the sea. On the lower floor there is a large living room and a spacious kitchenette, 1 bathroom, and a large covered veranda.
The OLEANDRO apartment must be booked in another box of the Home Away agency.
It has 4 beds and is located on the side of the villa overlooking the pine forest, it has independent access and is composed of: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom, and a kitchen, all the rooms overlook on a large covered veranda. In the garden, for the exclusive use of guests, there are 2 showers in front of each apartment, and a barbecue.
The two apartments are carefully furnished and equipped with many comforts:

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful beach house of Adriana. Angela was the perfect host and was there when we arrived and departed. The house is spacious and perfect for a family with older children. Everything is in walking distance, so the children could go to the beach by themselves. We had a great time.

Casa confortevole ben accessoriata e fresca infatti non abbiamo mai acceso condizionatore nonostante la settimana caldissima in tutta Italia. Comodissimo l accesso alla spiaggetta

Traumhafter Inselurlaub
Die Lage des Hauses inmitten der Pinienbäume und mit unmittelbarem Strandzugang ist einfach nur als traumhaft zu bezeichnen. Der Morgenkaffee am Strand mit der aufgehenden Sonne in absoluter Ruhe wird mir ebenso in Erinnerung bleiben, wie das abendliche Bad im glasklaren Wasser. Es war einfach rundum schön.

Tolle Wohnung, klasse Lage!
Geschmackvolle Einrichtung, gute Details, prima Kommunikation mit der Vernieterin.
Wir konnten das sehr sehr warme Wetter im schattigen Garten gut aushalten. Die beiden zusätzlichen Wohnungen im Haus sind gut getrennt, so dass man sich begegnen kann aber nicht muss!

Alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt
Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung direkt vor einem schönen Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und schön eingerichtet. Sie verfügt über alle nötigen Küchenutensilien und hat bequeme Better. Die Aussendusche hat nur kaltes Wasser was im Sommer aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellt. Der Garten ist gross und umzäunt und die Pinien geben angehem Schatten. Wir und die Kinder haben unsere Woche sehr genossen und würden sofort wieder kommen. Vielen Dank!!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr schönes, sehr sauberes Haus mit Meerblick von der hübschen Terrasse und Traumlage direkt an einem herrlichen Strand.
Die Küche war mit allem bestückt, was benötigt wurde.
Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, aber die beiden Wohneinheiten sind sehr geschickt voneinander getrennt, so dass man sich wie in Alleinlage fühlt. Sehr angenehm.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.
Wir waren zu viert und hatten sehr viel Platz in Haus und Garten und verbrachten wunderschöne, unkomlizierte Ferientage.

Ein wundervolles ruhiges Stück Erde
Das Haus ist ideal für Urlauber die Platz, Ruhe und Privatsphäre direkt am Strand und Meer suchen. Das Haus war für unseren Herbsturlaub mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder ideal und wir waren am Strand praktisch alleine. Trotz Nebensaison waren ein paar Restaurants geöffnet. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der direkten Strandlage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Casa ampia, luminosa e funzionale.
Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti, 2 coppie ed una neonata.
Nn parlerei di distanza dal mare ma di casa sul mare...caletta molto carina con acqua cristallina.
Cucina super attrezzata e patio molto vivibile.
BBQ, doccia esterna...consigliatissima!

Der Traum vom Haus am Meer
Wir haben als 5 köpfige Familie 12 Tage Urlaub im Haus gemacht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Das lag vor allem an der tollen Lage und den damit verbundenen Annehmlichkeiten. Morgens vor dem Frühstück baden zu gehen ist schon ein tolles Gefühl. Die Kommunikation mit Adriana hat super geklappt.
Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, nachdem wir uns eingelebt hatten.

Schönes Haus mit direktem Zugang zu wunderschönem Strand
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) verbrachten 13 wunderbare Tage in Adrianas schönem Haus, das perfekt ausgestattet war. Es gab sogar Sonnenschirme für den Strand!
In der letzten Augustwoche waren wir froh über die Klimaanlage in den drei Schlafzimmern. In der ersten Septemberwoche hätten wir sie nicht mehr zwingend benötigt.
Vom Garten direkt an den Strand und bei Sonnenaufgang oder in der Dämmerung abends baden war herrlich.
Wir durften schon morgens um 9 Uhr einchecken und am Abreisetag bis 17 Uhr bleiben. Herzlcihen Dank Adriana und Angela!!

Good clean and functional property within 20m of the beach. The beach is excellent and not crowded as its used mainly by the residents of the surrounding villas. The beach is just 20m from the property and accessed via a private gate at the end of the garden. The beach is sandy with rocky outcrops and is suitable for families offering a sheltered area for swimming and snorkelling. Local bars and shops are within easy walking distance. The beaches of the Biderosa and Birchida reserve are just a short drive away by car to the North and Orsei and Dorgali are within a short drive to the South.

Wie im Paradies
Wir verbrachten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Adrianas Haus.
Es ist wie im Paradies - die unmittelbare Nähe des Meeres und die Ruhe sind wunderbar.
Das Haus ist sehr grosszügig und schön eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl. Um die Klimaanlage waren wir sehr froh, denn es war auch nachts oft sehr warm.
Wir kommen wieder!

Bellissima casa al mare
La casa è bella e ben organizzato e pulita. Si può vedere il mare dalla casa e il terrazzo è bellissimo sopratutto di notte per sentire il mare e vedere le stelle. In due minuti sei alla spiaggia. Adriana è onesta e sempre disponibile. Angela, che fa checkin and check-out, è simpatica e molto di aiuto. Quando abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore, Angela è arrivata fra un'ora con uno buono. Ci sono già nella casa dei giocatoli di spiaggia, un surf, ed altre giochi per i bimbi, che era un vantaggio.
Ci sono due o tre cose che avrebbero potuto fare anche meglio le nostre vacanze. La casa non era fornita con le cose che di solito si trovano già lì in una casa di vacanza: sapone per la lavatrice e per la lavastoviglia, carta igienica. Non era un gran problema, ma lo dico solo per suggerire che sarebbe più semplice per i viaggiatori se queste cose fossero già in casa all'arrivo.
La TV non funziona perche non prende campo dal satellite, quindi c'è sempre solo l'interferenza. Non c'eravamo per guardare la TV però siccome dice che c'è, meglio sapere prima che non funziona.
L'unico problemo vero era che i letti sono un po' scomodi, i materassi sprofondano nel mezzo. Direi che è l'ora di comprarne nuovi.
Detto tutto quello, però, in totale è una casa bella e comoda, una posizione perfetta, e abbiamo passato una vacanza splendida.

Perfect villa for family of five. We've travelled for 2 months in Italy and this was the best experience. Learned to cook with gas stove, all the kitchen equipment needed was there. Also barbequed on the outside barbeque. The kids can safely play in the garden and the beach is right next to the villa. We were out of high season (before june) so some shops and beach bars were just opening. There are plenty of restaurants a walking distance or short car drive away though so you won't go hungry. There's a small fruit shop selling bread and milk and stuff just 400m down the road, but the closest supermarkets (PAM, Crai) are a few km away. Cala Ginepro beach is highly recommended, it was our favourite.

Perfect villa for family of five. We've travelled for 2 months in Italy and this was the best experience. Learned to cook with gas stove, all the kitchen equipment needed was there. Also barbequed on the outside barbeque. The kids can safely play in the garden and the beach is right next to the villa. We were out of high season (before june) so some shops and beach bars were just opening. There are plenty of restaurants a walking distance or short car drive away though so you won't go hungry. There's a small fruit shop selling bread and milk and stuff just 400m down the road, but the closest supermarkets (PAM, Crai) are a few km away. Cala Ginepro beach is highly recommended, it was our favourite.

Wir 3 Kinder 2 Erwachsene verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in einem sehr gut geschnittenen und Stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Es fehlte an nichts, außer einem Kinderstuhl. Was sich aber Improvisieren lässt!
Das Grundstück ist weitläufig und besonders schön ist die Nähe zum „fast Hauseigenen“ Strand. Wer nicht kochen mag, für den stehen fussläufig ausreichend gastronomische Einrichtungen zur Verfügung. Balkon und Terrasse haben Meer Blick ... was will man Me(e)hr?

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus direkt am Strand von Cala Liberotto (Spiaggia di Porto Corallo) sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Lästig waren nur die vielen Mücken (auch wenn es an allen Fenstern Fliegengitter gab), aber es gibt ja zum Glück Authan. Der Garten ist sehr schön und gepflegt und es war wirklich sehr ruhig. Auch der Strand und die Bucht vor dem Haus haben uns sehr gut gefallen und war (Anfang September) nicht überlaufen.

Tolles Haus direkt am Strand
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus von Adriana. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber. Großzügig überdachte Terrasse und schöner großer (Stein-)Garten. Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Strand, man hört nachts das Meer rauschen. Die Aussendusche ist perfekt. Lediglich ein richtiger Hochstuhl hat uns gefehlt, zur Info für Reisende mit Kindern. Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar, Supermärkte 2 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne Lage
Die Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet ausgestattet und hatte eine herrliche Lage am Meer. Die Infrastruktur im naheliegenden Ort war gut, zu den Restaurants waren es nur kurze Fußwege.

Una casa deliziosa per una vacanza indimenticabile in riva al mare
La casa è esattamente come presentata nelle foto: bella, spaziosa e luminosa. È arredata con gusto e ben accessoriata. La parte che più abbiamo apprezzato ed utilizzato è stato il portico esterno con il tavolo per 6 che abbiamo utilizzato per colazioni, pranzi e cene, con uno sguardo sempre rivolto al mare da cui la casa è separata da un brevissimo tratto di pineta. Un piccolo cancello immette direttamente su una deliziosa caletta di sabbia e ghiaia con un mare cristallino. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il giardino con i pini e lo spazio piastrellato dove ci siamo rilassati e I bimbi hanno giocato. Comoda la doccia esterna per pulirsi dalla sabbia. Le zanzare della pineta sono un po' insidiose ma la casa è dotata di zanzariere e fornelletti per tenerle lontane. Market e buoni ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze. Belle spiagge di sabbia altrettanto vicine. Ci torneremo!
