We wanted an authentic Tuscan experience and we got it! The views are great, one can see the hills from the pool area, take a walk in the olive garden, it was quiet and most relaxing. We were only in transit, but I would recommend for families or group of friends, it's a great place to disconnect from the daily agitation. It's 30-40 min driving to Arezzo or Montepulciano. Parking on site.
Still on the pro side for us: we were looking for something rustic. The place is very well maintained, although the furniture is old, it is in excellent condition. And the little details and decorations just made our stay better as an experience. Mattress could have been better, but it's not bad.

Location super! Sunset too! Very friendly family staff!
Special thank to Sr. Luciano, Sr. Cesare (very good red wine!) And to the young man Gregorio!

The location was wonderful. Easy access to things. The pool with the views were wonderful. Loved all the play things for the kids.
We wish there had been fans in the rooms since it was stuffy. Once we opened the doors and windows we discovered no screens. Even after applying bug spray we were covered in bug bites by the 2nd day.

Beautiful place with amazing Tuscanian view. Very helpful, hospitable hosts. Great location, close to many beautiful, historical places. We are fascinated with this place, and we truly recommend this outstanding spot for vacation.
