Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen,trotz allem sehr gepflegt.Personal sehr

gebuchte Wohnung mit normaler Zimmertür zur Nachbarwohnung getrennt.Priwatsphäre schon erheblich gestört!!! Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig,keine Weingläser,Biergläser e.t.c.,Wasserkocher paßte nicht in Steckdose

Great value for money.

The apartment was recently remodeled. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Pool is clean and the sea is a 10 minute walk.

The stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed it very much.

The whole property is somehow in a good condition. It needs some maintenance and/or renovation but overall it was and is in a good shape. The garden, the pool and pool area is very nice and important everything is clean as well in the building. The staff is very kind and helpful and is looking after the garden and the building. The way to the beach is not long and the beach area that you get at is very nice and you can swim in the sea.

Absolutely lovely and helpful staff. Excellent pool and green areas.

Apartment was old and terrace/balcony was dirty. Very little care of the structure as a whole, in no way was it worth the money paid. You get the impression the ownership rests on its laurels as its close to Castiglione della Pescaia and so there will always be clients despite the neglect for the residence.

Spacious apartment close to the beach.

Apartments are very spacious and well equipped. We got one with two terraces with view ate the sea. Swimming pool was large and clean. Garden is very well maintained. Beach is close so there was no need to take the car. Parking was big and in shade.

- The apartment was really dirty - The laundry is a hoax (rather go to town if you need it) - The whole facility is rather old and run down

Nice location,in the middle of a green area, close to the beach, clean and comfortable room, clean and pretty big pool! Small and useful terrace, we could bring the bikes with us close to our room.

No house keeping!For this price, changing the beds and cleaning the room should be included! No breakfast, no decent restaurant for such a big resort.

Cost effective accommodation with great pool and friendly staff, but needs some TLC

Very friendly and helpful staff; one bed apartment was great; large swimming pool and sunbathing area; free on-site parking; good location to use as a base with the ability to walk into town in 10 minutes. Close to beach, although no direct access from the site. Good bar with a friendly bar man.

The place looks tired and is in need of some TLC. 2 bed apartment was a decent size but needs a lick of paint and modernising; football court needs investment (rusty fencing, overgrown and uneven 'pitch'), wifi was poor. A decent bar but needed to stay open throughout the day (closed between 12:30 and 16:00); didn't locate the pizza place until our last day but didn't look as though it was operational

The nature around makes the place special. So peaceful and quiet. The garden it's very well taken care of. The apartment was very spacious with a big balcony. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The apartment was not very clean but the bed was freshly cleaned and the towels as well. Very bad internet connection.

Enjoyed the pool Air conditioning in the flat Pretty surroundings Very quiet

Our booking confirmed and Promised a garden view but we got a brick wall instead! No wifi- was told that due to the mountains and high trees there is no WiFi ( all tho booking confirms free WiFi) None of our phones had any service during our entire stay- even the bar staff could not at times process the credit cards . So to take or make phone calls you have to drive into town. Leak in the kitchen Leak in the bathroom Socket hanging loose in the wall No coach down to the beach as promised Overall the apartment did not look anything like the online modern fresh pictures, it was really run down and old . Even tho we expressed our disappointment to reception regarding the mentioned points, we were not offered any upgrade or compensation at all.

Too many stairs from the parking and the rooms, it is quite hard when you have the bags. Open time of the bar too short, i hope in the peak season will improve

The location. The view. The whole resort itself. The fact that one cand easily go by bike to the beach and to the town.

Beautiful green park and nice pool

Pool, location (10 minute walk to a nice beach), wonderful park like garden, tennis courts, nice staff.

All good. Except perhaps the fact that the hotel starts showing its age a bit, but we didn’t mind that.
