Plus jamais dans cet établissement et sûrement dans groupe

Studio 2 personnes pourtant annoncé supérieur ne pouvait convenir qu’à 1 seul personne ( pas de lumière des deux côtés du lit et la table ne permettant pas de repas à deux. Au dernière étage avec très peu de luminosité vu la taille des fenêtres Pas de réponse positive de la part de la réceptionniste pour obtenir un vrai studio supérieur deux personnes

Correspondait à la description

Accès facile, récupération des clés rapide, l'hôtel correspondait à la description. La chambre était spacieuse avec une kitchenette fonctionnelle et une grande salle de bain ! Propre, rien à redire

la propreté , la grande chambre avec un sol en vinyl heureusement pas de tapis et l'amabilité du personnel la literie et la grandeur du lit

avoir une table au lieu du bureau, c'est plus convivial pour manger et améliorer les casseroles et poeles et en general tous le matériel car un peu juste

Réceptivité de la réception à nos demandes. Bonnes prestations.

Construction nearby hammering noise on the strett until 2 am or later. My room had view to the street in a roundabout that each car loved to make their tyres run , not the hotel s fault but very bad night spent

Superb

This is not our first stay. Will happily come again as this hotel is cool for short stays.

We had payment issues at first, and although we paid online, we were asked to pay again at the location. Eventually, be prepared to have additional proof of payment handy. Previously, we also had to pay for breakfast, although it was included in the booking. Orher than that all good.

Comfy beds and delicious breakfast.

The room was spacious, even with the kids sleeping on the sofa bed there was plenty of room to move around. The breakfast in the morning was rather extended. You get a lot of choices, the food is fresh and the offer machines to make toast, fresh orange juice and even boil your egg as you please.

Good place to stay when travelling from Northern Europe to Spain or Portugal.

We stayed there before, and the room was spacious and quiet - like last time. Staff very friendly and helpful as before. Except that this time there was mould in the bathroom (especially on the bathtub seals).

Exceptional

Conveniently located, easy to get to from the airport. Comfortable, spacious room with kitchenette. Polite staff. There is a shopping center nearby. Convenient in relation to transport, several bus lines and a tram line.

Nice dog friendly stopover

Nice and central for a run to or from Spain, Burger king and Hippo resturant within a few steps from apartments. Sushi bar under building was full on Saturday night so if you arrived late you would struggle to park. Clean and spacious and Breakfast was nice. Dog friendly.

Room had no curtains, bottom half was frosted but no privacy whatsoever. Easy fix.

Comfortable beds, clean room in general, everything is quite decent for price and quality

The TV was turning on by itself SEVERAL TIMES during the night, I don't believe in ghosts but honestly that was creepy... The placement of the hotel is far away from everything in a very industrial zone. Let's say it wasn't my favorite moment in life

As good as it gets

This hotel makes you feel young, since the conditions are more like for the student public. Cheap design is compensated by generous spaces of the rooms and parking for the guest cars.

Public spaces and lobby look more like hospital waiting rooms.

Great apart'hotel to visit Bordeaux and surrounding area

Quite modern furniture, well equipped, very clean. Very close to the highway, convenient both to visit the city and the surrounding areas. Great price.

We were 4 and the apartment was not enormous. Good enough, anyway. Not much in the area. It did not come as a surprise, but car is needed to find something to do in the evening.

Unbelievable no onsite maintenance staff to mend airconditioning when it broke down in a heatwave.

Room size was ok. Kitchen area ok, although lacking a few utensils.

My visit co incited with the heatwave (40+ degrees) and the air conditioning broke down and after 4 nights of sweltering heat in the room I had to check out and find another hotel. The staff told me there were no maintenance people available from the Thursday 9th June and all over the weekend to fix the air con, and considering you are a large chain of hotels I found this unbelievable and totally unacceptable. I have stayed in your hotel several times before as my husband frequently has to go into the Hopital Haut L’Evecque as he is a cancer patient. This visit I had my 22 year old cat with me and I sadly had to have her euthanised on the 16th June with a vet in St Jean d’Illac, as the extreme heat in my room caused her multiple health complaints that she was not able to overcome.
