Peaceful and simple, completely stress-free

The location was great, it was a short walk to the station or the town. There were supermarkets nearby, perfect location. Manuela was the best host, any questions I had she answered or any problems she was able to find a solution. I would totally recommend!

Comfortable stay with everything you need

Everything you'd need was available in the premises.

Small TV. We ended up watching stuff on laptops. It was a little bit away from the center, not in terms of distance but going out to eat with a toddler or running to catch the train was challenging at times.

She helped us to get an Italian adapter, otherwise, we would not be able to charge our phone using UK chargers. Thanks for her kindness. I highly recommend this place. Exceptional view and exceptional staff.

Exceptional

The apartment was amazing with all facilities you need for short trip or longer journey stay,sparkling clean, with very fascinating views to the mountains one side and swimming pool ( which we indeed used even though it wasn't that warm outside ), also there is spa ' which we unfortunately did not had time to you , but maybe next time. The hostess is very lovely and helpful . Sad we stayed really short time , but deffo will come back.

Perfect apartment in a lovely part of Lake Como

Everything, there was nothing not to like. The rooms were very clean and comfy and very spacious. The swimming pool was lovely too! The staff were great and only a message away! I would recommend to family and friends and I would love to stay again

Good Place - Quiet but needs car

The view was spectacular. The location is quite and bit away from the main areas but the flat was great, really clean, pool was great. We used it as a base whilst we explored Lake Como by car.

Lovely modern apartment with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony. Nicely located walking distance from Colico town centre. The owner was very welcoming and allowed us to check in early.

These incredibly clean, well equipped apartments deserve their rating. The staff were so friendly and helpful. In a wonderful location within easy walking distance to the lake. Would thoroughly recommend.

Amazing Apartments

very clean, spacious and modern pool was lovely and well kept amazing views from the apartment and from the roof terrace Manuela was really nice and helpful there was a barbecue too which was really handy large balcony with views of the lake bikes for guests to use were a great bonus, made a 30+ minute trip to the supermarket take around 10 minutes instead. Some also had a handy basket for bringing shopping back we were given a bottle of Prosecco on arrival which was nice

only 1 toilet roll is provided per bathroom, if you need more you have to buy it. Same goes for things like oil and washing up liquid, a small sachet is provided but you need to buy your own really.

Lovely, clean apartment for families in Colico

The property was spotless. super clean ! Very helpful host; lovely pool; well stocked and well looked after kitchen; views from the rooftop terrace are amazing.

Being in the end apartment; there were some dogs that would bark in the middle of the night that would wake us up. However good shutters to block most of the noise.

Best Stay in an amazing Place.

Amazing position between the mountains and right at the Lake. Quiet, clean and well equipped. Manuela is an amazing host and very very helpful with all the question I had. even more helpful than needed.

Excellent Stay

The location and the view are the best of this place. Located in a quite area with stunning views of the Como lake and the mountains. Take the breakfast everyday was a superb experience. The WiFi is fast and easy to connect, free parking, apartments well equipped, pool, excellent restaurants in the surroundings, efficient heating system, diligent and friendly staff.

Really nothing that isn't considered simply fussy...
