Completely renewed, the apartment offers 120 sqm : a spacious living room with full equipment (tv, wifi, aircond,...), small balcony, two bathrooms, a huge kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and 4 bedrooms (4 queen size beds 160 cm)
Located 20 m from the harbor, 150 m from Place Garibaldi and Place du Pin, 300 m from the old town, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 200 m from the tramway : it is in the heart of Nice.
All is new, modern and relax. Very confortable, the apartment offers 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, a huge kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc. In the close neighborhood, you can find all commodities : restaurant, supermarket, chemistry, bakery,... From the apartment, you can discover all town by walk.

Staying here while visiting Nice was a truly wonderful experience! We loved being in the heart of old town. The apartment is within walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the port and the beach. Our host was most gracious, and the flat was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

A wonderful vacation with family in a good location to tram, port and the old town of Nice. Here’s plenty to do. Landlord responded quickly when questions appeared. All set up for arrival. Enjoy your stay in this apartment. It worked out well for us, family of six- room for everyone.

The apartment is surprisingly large and airy, with high ceilings and tall windows. It was a comfortable place for us to hang out after walking the streets of Nice. The old Port is a lovely place to walk and is just around the corner. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance and a decent bakery right down the street. The only things I would recommend for the future are supplying paper towels or napkins, bars of soap, and more coffee pods for the coffee maker. It's also worth noting that the bathroom setup is a bit odd, with one toilet and the stand-up shower in one of the bedrooms, making it somewhat awkward to use when multiple people are staying in the apartment. Overall, though, it was a great base to visit Nice.

Great location fabulous host
Was meant to stay here previously but had to cancel due to covid. Kept in touch with the hosts who were very understanding. Thankfully most of my group made it and all really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large, bright and very well equipped. The location is fantastic both in locale and transport links. Would thoroughly recommend.

Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Ligne directe en tramway (L2) depuis l’aéroport jusqu’à la station Port-Lympia à moins de 5 minutes de l’appartement. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Vieux-Nice. Également à 2 minutes de la ligne de bus 100 permettant de rejoindre facilement Monaco et alentours. Tous commerces à proximité. Enfin, Sabrine est une hôte arrangeante et très sympathique, la communication fut parfaite.

Nice, clean apartment
We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very close to tram line nr. 2 and within a short walk to Promenade and other interesting sites. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The only minor inconvenience was lack of sink in the toilet room.

Charming!
Sabrine was vert responsive and helpful. She met us at the apartment to check in and gave us a tour with instructions for using the amenities. She was very friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation. The apartment is centrally-located to many attractions in Nice and it was very easy to get around. The stop for the bus to Monaco is a stone’s throw away and the promenade (beach) is a just a short walk. This flat is also very clean and modern located right in the old town. It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Rue Cassini. The apartment was clean and with a big kitchen with a lot of supplies for cooking.
The kids enjoyed the bathtub and the balcony was a plus.
We had great and easy communication with Sabrine.

Great apartment and accommodating host
Sabrine was able to accommodate us for a last minute, one night stay after our planned accommodation was not available. She went out of her way at to help us find an accommodation for the remaining nights of our stay in Nice, as her property was already reserved. The apartment was very clean, with everything we needed for a delightful stay.

Perfect spot for my family while we were in Nice
Sabrine met us when we arrived and showed us the apartment.
Everything was great and perfect space for my family while I had business meetings at the business center.
It is close to old town and the harbor so it was very convenient to find places for dinner in the evening.
A couple things that were no fault of Sabrine or the property that renters should be aware of.
1. There is road construction so a minute or so of extra walking is required to get to the harbor.
2. As mentioned in other reviews it is 3 floors up. Once the luggage was up it was okay. This shouldn't be a problem unless someone has difficulty with mobility. In this case it would not be the apartment for you. I only give this as a warning not a negative. Rather it is to help others not have a negative experience.

Sabine was very welcoming on arrival and as we arrived early allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment which was very helpful. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated and had all required amenities. It is well positioned for public transport, shopping and eating places. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it.
Only one negative point - on day of leaving she arrived with cleaner at 9.30am (who proceeded to clean whilst we were finishing our breakfast), I thought checkout was 10.00am.

A great place to stay
The apartment is ideally positioned to explore the best of Nice and beyond. It’s a very short walk to the port and a pleasant stroll around to the beach and the old town. Getting into the shopping area also only takes a few minutes.
The apartment itself is much larger than it appears from the photos. We were a party of 4 adults and 4 children and it never felt crowded. We put the children into the two furthest away bedrooms which allowed the grown ups to have better (noisier) evenings.
The apartment is well equipped with most things you’ll need. Towels, bedding, kitchenware, tea, coffee and even some condiments were all there for us to use. There were even some extra bathroom products, presumably left by previous guests, that were all left available to use. These little things make a huge difference and really helped us enjoy our holiday.
Thank you to Sabrine and her husband for being so helpful and welcoming. They even booked us a taxi (at a great rate) to get us back to the airport.
I’d recommend the apartment to anyone and, if I went to Nice again, this is where I’d stay.

We had a great stay. Sabrine was extremely responsive and the apartment was beautiful and in a great location. Sabrine's husband was waiting for us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the place as well as information about the area. We highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment well maintained, Sabrine very friendly and responsive to questions. My only suggestion is a mirror in front of the desk outside the bedrooms behind the kitchen would be really useful.

Excellent apartment near the harbour
Excellent well maintained apartment in a busy street just off the harbour. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, keeps you fit, and was beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Will be great when the tram line to the harbour is finished.
Four good bedrooms, but one of them contains a shower and toilet. We were only a party of four so we choose not to use that bedroom, maybe an issue if you are using all the rooms. Not a complaint just a point to note.

We loved our stay in Nice and the beautiful beaches and waters of the French Riviera!! This apartment is even more beautiful then the pictures show and is extremely spacious! The apartment is right at the port which unfortunately was under construction while we were there but none the less it is extremely well located!! The parkade was right at the port so it was very convenient and accommodated our tall vehicle. This apartment was very well equipped with great kitchen supplies and lots of towels etc. Our family would like to thank you Sabrine for your wonderful apartment in Nice and hope to return someday!!

Well positioned in the port of Nice
We enjoyed our stay in this large apartment in the port! The owner Sabrine was very kind to open up for us after 23:30 at a cost of €30! The fridge was very well stocked !
Unfortunately there is only air con in the lounge area. As it was very hot the bedrooms needed maybe some fans? The 3 flights of stairs are challenging especially with luggage!

Perfect stay at this amazing Nice apartment
Sabrine was great with pre arrival information and she was there to greet us. She showed us the apartment and it was all perfect. We couldn't get over how spacious the apartment was. 9 of us stayed for 3 nights and we never felt on top of each other! The table with enough chairs is ideal- made it easy for our breakfasts at home and our evening meal. The location is faultless as it is easy to walk to the old town and also seconds from the port. We enjoyed walking around along the coastal path. Lots of shops along the road so no problem grabbing food, wine and supplies. Kitchen was great and well stocked with equipment. Sabrine has thought of everything! Beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless when we arrived. Highly recommend for groups. We had the most wonderful stay and I really hope I will return soon!
