A very quiet, clean and private place, both for couples and families.

It's neat and clean. Makes for a very comfortable stay with a well designed layout. Big washroom and a big balcony overlooking the pool. The kitchen area is lovely and makes for great conversations, late night snacking.

In room facilities sometimes not in good condition. The water heater for the shower was difficult to use.

Requested a quiet room, but haven't got one.

Swimming pools, gym, security (but it is condominium complex of 7 buildings, G Residence is just building G of big condominium complex) The room itself looks nice and it is clean. (Poor sound-proof isolation, you can't see it , noise you will experiencing during your stay 😆).

Always noise in the corridor. Cleaners in the morning, guests in the evening and at night: pushing and pulling furniture, moving it over the floor, ...children running, people calling each other, banging on doors and slamming doors and all sorts of other things which are making the noise. I was looking and have requested a quiet room and got a room in the middle of the hotel and in the middle of the corridor, so surrounded on all sides by neighboring rooms (above, below and to the right and left of my room and opposite my room I had neighbors) Always busy around my room, and I asked for as quiet a room as possible). I slept poorly. Constantly annoying noise around. Plus construction works near the condominium--at a distance of 100 m, but that was the least bothersome... The worst thing is slamming with the door's and pulling and pushing the chairs tables and furniture arround the neighbouring rooms and voices in front of the door and in the corridor: cleaners and guests, almost all thetime... No enough sleep,no quiet, relaxing NO !!!

Персонал очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный, хорошее местоположение, но очень не хватает хотя бы кофейни на территории.

Удобное местоположение, рядом дорога по которой на тук-туке можно добраться в любую точку. 2 бассейна, на нижнем уровне глубже и вид прекрасный. Так же есть джакузи. На втором уровне по мельче и есть бассейн для детей. В номере есть всё необходимое, а если чего-то не хватает, то можно попросить или арендовать.

В номере 601 хороший вид, но сам номер уже убитый, треснутая плитка на полу, плохо работал кондиционер и в +38 в номере было невыносимо. Но мы попросили и нас переселили за доп плату в номер 406, он был гораздо больше и комфортнее. Не ведитесь, на то что есть фитнес центр, находится там не возможно, нет кондиционера только слабые вентиляторы. Весь инвентарь ржавый и старый.

generally nice and quite place. it took us some time to figure out where to eat and how to get to the beach. part of the building was under reconstruction and there was a construction site nearby, so the vibe was a little off. however, the service provided by workers was great.

Отличное местоположение!Рядом проходит дорога где ходят тук-тук,там же несколько 7/11,рядом много кафешек и базарчик! Персонал очень отзывчивый, уборка номера и смена белья по вашему требованию,каждый день две бутылки воды кофе!В апартаментах есть все кухня,приборы ,тарелки,чайник,холодильник!Хорошие бассейны чистят каждый день!Короче есть все!

Если хотите попить пиво на бассейне,вежливо попросят не пить!Распитие напитков на бассейне запрещено!И вечером просят на балконе не шуметь!Хотя может это и правильно!Мы хотели вечером поболтать на балконе,охранник с низу светил фонариком и просил не шуметь!

Большая площадь апартаментов, удобная кровать, хорошая ванная комната, в целом все есть, неподалеку 7 eleven, до волкинг стрит 20 мин пешком

Охранник у бассейна не давал съесть салат! При этом , когда мы пересели за столы у бассейна, его это тоже не устроило, хотя рядом сидели и бухали мужики, к которым он почему-то не приставал. Охранник сидел за кустами и снимал, мы вообще не поняли этих правил, почему мы не можем съесть что-то сидя на шезлонге? Впервые с таким сталкиваюсь. Мебель старая, район очень тихий, но рядом живут павлины, которые орут всю ночь

Calm residence good to relax

The location is relatively quiet and the nice food court and convenience stores are withing walking distance. There are two swimming pools. The staff was neat and polite. The building and the room were modern.

The kitchen facilities are relatively poor. There is no microwave in the room. Types and numbers of cutlery were limited. No washing machine in the room.

Perfect location with good proximity to all sites via songthaew.

All facilities in excellent repair. Lovely pool. Safe, quiet location near Jontiem beach. Very reasonable price. Handi mart and restaurants nearby away from traffic.

Will definitely stay again there.

Great value for the money. Location was great as it was quiet in the evening. Can easily jump on the truck taxis heading to either beach. Staff was great.

Can be a bit loud during the day as there is some construction happening near by. Don’t bother us though as we were out most of the day.

Relaxing and exploring the Jomtien area.

Some distance away from the busy night life district but still only a few minutes away from the town. Good variety of local restaurants within walking distance and a large convenience store.

Initially we needed to look for the property, but even then it wasn’t too hard to find.

It was okay...

I liked the friendly lady at reception. The rooms had a full kitchen with stove even though it was slow took about 15minutes to heat up. Big windows in the studio. The pools are AMAZING!

The fridge was dirty .. the cleaner didnt wash the floors once during our entire 1 week stay. At times they forgot to replace our coffee or toilet paper so we had to ask for it and this was after our room was "cleaned" the drying rack was so dirty and dusty wouldve been nice if the cleaning lady washed it . Its unhygienic. We saw a cockroach in the flat. The bed is quite hard. Internet bad if youre planning to work from there. You can definitely get better deals in Thailand.

Очень чистый и приятный кондо. Находится в спокойном районе. Есть бассейн, парковка , машинки для стирки белья. Единственное , магазин расположен далековато минут 10 . Это единственное что не очень .

I would drfinately stay at G Residence again for the sheer value for money.

Comfortable quiet room with a balcony and view. Next time will get a pool view.

Only thing I would have preferred was a proper electric kettle as opposed to the electric hob
