Hulpvaardig personeel, perfecte kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt, een oase van rust in een drukke stad.

Brandalarm om 01u.10 AM iedereen in de gang . de instructies die in de kamers hangen zijn niet helemaal duidelijk. Het duurde toch vrij lang vooraleer het alles oké bericht kwam.

Etablissement à conseiller.

Nous avions une chambre au 5ème étage. L'établissement était très bien insonorisé : aucun bruit. Les lits étaient particulièrement confortables et chaque lit avaient deux oreillers (un dur - un mou). Quant au personnel, il était très attentionné et sympa. Donc bon séjour de quatre jours.

Zentral, zweckmäßige Einrichtung, Freundlichkeit des Personals am Morgen und Frühstück, Parking im Innenhof

Info an der Reception bei Ankunft. Da vor dem Hotel nicht parkiert werden kann, ausweichen auf eine Seitenstraße bei Regen in einem Quartier zwischen Abriss und Neubau. Die Person am Empfang sagte lediglich, dass die Zufahrt auf der Rückseite sei, ohne Details und Strassenbezeichnung. Auf Rückfrage erhielten wir die genauen Angaben schriftlich . Das gehört grundsätzlich zu einer kunden- freundlichen Bedienung. Der Mann am Empfang hatte nicht seinen besten Tag, gab uns dann wenigstens einen Typ für ein gutes französisches Restaurant. Es wäre zweckmäßig wenn die Parkplätze nummeriert sind oder ein Hinweis, dass noch andere Vermieter im Innenhof sind.

Großes sauberes Zimmer mit schönem Bad. Parkplatz im gesicherten Bereich. Reservierung vom Parkplatz war auch kurzfristig problemlos mit möglich. Frühstück war gut, wurde allerdings oft nicht aufgefüllt.

Pretty much perfect for the money we payed!!

I really enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and terrific staff. The rooms were very clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was good, although a bit more variety wouldn't hurt. Maybe some veggies and some vegan spreads? The location of the hotel is nice and one can easily get there by public transport and by car. The room was also very quiet and we didn't hear much noise from the street, so we slept really well. I'm honestly really happy to get this much for so little money. I've stayed in hotels where a night cost double the price of this hotel, and where the experience was at most on par.

The only thing I really didn't like was the toilet paper. I'm pretty sure I could read a book through it if I tried, lol. This is legit the only reason I'm only giving 9/10 points (because apart from this, I don't think one could possibly expect more for the money!)

Superb

Nice location to visit Le Havrre. The tram stop is in front of the hotel and it takes 20 minutes to go to the centre. Nice breakfast, clean and quiet room. Parking is available inside the hotel (8 Euro)

Staff were knowledgeable very helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were excellent. Hotel was very clean and walking distance to just about everywhere.

A small fridge in room as we like to eat healthily and prepare our own lunches rather than eating out all the time and like to have access to cool drinks in our room as required.

The hotel room size was pretty good.

The breakfast was very basic and the seating was limited. They also charged us €3 per night as city tax which should have been advised earlier.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean. And the addition of hot drinks available in the room for after the walk in rainy Le Havre is especially nice.

Good hotel accepting our furry friends

The hotel was pretty nice, the room was clean and spacious. They accepted our dog without any problems. The breakfast was great, good quality products and a good variety.

There wasn’t enough space in the breakfast area. As the hotel was pretty much full, a lit of people were standing and were waiting for a place to get free.

Great place to stay just up from the train station

excellent value. clean room. welcoming, helpful staff. good breakfast. we were able to keep our bikes in our room.

Very reasonable price to value ration, good quality food for breakfast, spacious and freshly renovated room, clean bathroom and a quite location despite being in the middle of the town

The breakfast was way too crowded, they really have to do something about this. Another thing that spoiled the impression was that we parked the car on the street instead of the dedicated hotel parking and eventually it got robbed.
