Tolles günstges zentrales Hotel

Sehr freundliches Personal, Tiefgarage preiswert nutzbar.

Tiefgarage etwas versteckt, die Reception erklärt einem aber den Weg gut.

Nice modern place very close to Old Town

location is perfect and parking underneath the building is convenient, Breakfast area is roomy and light.

one of the coffee machines was out of order. The heating system was mybe working maybe not? We could not adjust.

All in all very good

Breakfast: simple, good, traditional Funky decor in bedroom Lovely service

Gave up trying to find any temperature lower than boiling hot for the shower, having tried every possible manoeuvre. Ended up washing outside running shower Japanese and washing and rinsing my hair in sink with help from paper cup

Supertolle Lage

Supertolle Lage absolut im Zentrum. Alles Nötige ist vorhanden, allerdings kein kleines Bisschen mehr.

Reduktion der Ausstattung auf das Nötigste. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr schwer zu finden.

Wer B&B bucht, bekommt genau das, aber nicht mehr.

Obwohl wir sehr früh angereist waren, hat man sich sehr bemüht uns ein Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen. Das war so so nicht erwartbar. Vielen Dank dafür. Sehr bemerkenswert.

Bedingt durch einen verhaltensauffälligen Gast, für den das Hotel sicher nichts kann, war das Personal stark gebunden. Dadurch war es scheinbar nicht möglich den Frühstücksraum sauber und nutzbar zu halten. Wir beschlossen daraufhin ,nach versuchter Klärung an der Rezeption ,auswärts zu frühstücken. Wir hätten uns vom Hotelmanagement mehr Fingerspitzengefühl in Bezug auf die Erstattung des Frühstücks gewünscht. Dieses wurde am Abreisetag abgelehnt. Schlechte Botschaften überlässt man dem Personal, das am aller wenigsten für diese unangenehme Situation konnte. Am Ende entscheidet der Umgang mit dem Kunden, ob dieser wiederkommt. Am Personal lag es nicht.

Parkplatz-/ haus in der Innenstadt unter B&B Funktionalität und Sauberkeit der Zimmer Gute Matratzen, Decken und Kissen

Stau am Schalter/ Rezeption Zu wenig Handtuchhalter im Bad Undichte Duschtür Defekte Kaffee-und Saftmaschinen ( an allen 3 Tagen)

Zweckmäßige Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage

Die optisch ansprechende Einrichtung hat alles geboten, was man dringend braucht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut.

Die Dusche war ein Manko. Es gab schwarzen Schimmel , es hat ununterbrochen getropft und die Duschabtrennung war undicht, sodass Wasser ins Bad gelaufen ist. Beim Frühstück hat das Auffüllen nicht gut geklappt. Man musste recht geduldig mehrere Dinge nachfragen und warten (Löffel, Messer, Brötchen, Eier….).

I'd like to come back but won't book a room with separate beds

The location is great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a small table in a room and a good supermarket near the hotel. So you can buy salads/fruit etc and have breakfast/lunch etc in your room.

The single bed was too narrow for an adult so I couldn't sleep well. Also, at 8 am the service woman knocked on my room and woke me up.

Overpriced hotel

Location

I book with one french bed and get two seperate bed. After I asked the lady at the reception to change into one bed because this is what I payed for I got a room for people with handicap and also two seperate beds instead one. . The room was cold and bathroom really drty.

Very good

I came to the hotel late night and had to do an automatic check-in. While I was doing it outside of the hotel and nobody was around, someone very suspicious approached me and asked whether he can check in. He looked suspicious and his story did not seem true. When the security guy came out from the hotel, he just left. It was then so obvious to me, how dangerous was the situation. Thank you, B&B for having a security guard around. It protects so many lives 🙏 the room inside is really nice, bed comfortable and generally very clean. For the price, you can not find a better deal.
