Would stay there again. Very unhelpful staff.

Great location (if you’re not looking for central accommodation). Only 3 stops away from the main area via metro.

Great choice. Go for it.

Lovely neighbourhood. Supermarket 2 blocks away. Metro station 1 block. Lot of coffee places, eating options nearby. Lovely terrace and small roof pool as a bonus. You can actually see the sea from the bedroom windows when you look carefully :-) Well equipped kitchen + washing machine. No dishwasher though.

City tax came as a surprise on top of the costs shown in Booking.

Nice but noisy

Nice area, close to the beach and metro station. Small pool on roof area was good when available. No staff on site but were quick to respond when contacted.

We booked the apartment as it was highly rated for families. During our stay it was mainly groups of friends staying (late teens - early twenties) and was pretty noisy through the night with people coming and going and parties in their apartment.

The property was lovely, really clean and spacious.

Pool was tiny. The door to the property didn’t look like it fully closed, so as a group of 5 females we felt a bit unsafe.

Great location and fabulously clean!

The location was really good and we could not fault the cleanliness or the comfort of the beds.

We could not work out why the welcome pack contained dishwasher tablets when there was no dishwasher? We felt that the fridge could do with a small freezer section for ice/ice creams etc

Very disappointed

We had a bad experience. The smell in the apartment was horrible. Their representative took advantage of a misunderstood situation. We paid twice for the same apartment(by cash and by card). Aft er we did the payment at property they charged again our credit card. They never gave us un invoice for the payment at property.Be careful! DONT GO THERE!

Very good

Apartment 4.1 at 4th floor with good view to city. Just 2mins walk to metro. 5min walk to Mercadona. 5min walk to poblnou ramblas with plenty of restaurants and bars. Apartment is good for 5 people. Two bathrooms, one kitchen in salon. Two sleeping rooms. Washmachine and all staff for leaving Nice terrace on the roof.

On weekends loud because of other people in the building. But this is matter of dates not of the hosts.

Exceptional

Bright roomy apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds and an excellent location. Just a few mins away from the metro with mini supermarkets nearby. Perfect location to view the tourist attractions in Barcelona. Staff very responsive and helpful. Roof top is a sun trap. Pool is very small but you can see that from the photos. Can store luggage in a location just a 5 min walk from the apartment which was very helpful as we arrived too early to check in.

Disappointing

The accessibility of the apartment.

The cleanliness of the apartment was not the greatness, the tiles were very dusty and there was a sewage smell coming from the toilets. The hot water in both apartments would time out and the boiler in our apartment was broken.

Really good quality apartment at good price point

Really lovely apartment close to an underground station and within east walking distance of most central attractions and the beach.

Really noisy you g neighbours spoiled our trip but company apologised and handled for us. Not their fault of course.

horrendous. don’t waste your money staying here.

the electrics in the apartment failed from the moment we arrived. the management team failed to get it seen to during our stay, despite promising to do so. since our return they are trying to say it may have been one of our appliances, unfortunately the electricity consistently tripped when we were out with our “appliances” (phones only) with us and nothing left plugged in. i don’t think this apartment is safe. it’s also in an awful area. not particularly clean, beds tiny and uncomfortable… I could go on!

the fact it didn’t have electricity was a pretty big problem but also frightened us as it didn’t feel safe. management team did nothing despite promising sending people out over the phone. they lied! the location was awful. pool was the size of a large bath (don’t be fooled by the photo’s). the place stunk.

Great location, very helpful staff, but beware of the noise!

The apartment was modern, had a fridge, but no freezer, 2 ring hob and crockery etc. Also had a washing machine which was great! Welcome pack of cleaning bits was really handy too. The staff were extremely helpful and got back to us quickly in regards to issues we had.

The apartment is extremely noisy. Anyone making any noise in the hallways / stairwells just echoed across the whole building. The main road at the front of the property also got busy at night, so the front room got a lot of noise from that. Other guests were unfortunately very inconsiderate in regards to shouting and singing, playing loud music etc in the stair wells, which woke our little one up multiple times during the night. We spoke to staff about this and they told us they would speak with guests and confirm a no noise policy after 22:00, however nothing changed. We also found that the floors were really dirty and one of the showers leaked onto the floor in another room.
