Bright exclusive villa situated in a residential area on the Marbella Golden Mile with great sea and mountain views. This south-facing villa is surrounded by a beautiful mature garden with a big pool. Built on two levels plus a basement it comprises, on ground level: porch with fountain which leads to the main entrance; hall; living room; separate dining room; library with fireplace; all with access to the spacious terrace and garden; fully fitted new kitchen; two en-suite guest bedrooms; guest toilet. Upstairs: master en-suite with terrace which has magnificent views to garden and sea. Basement with a further en-suite bedroom and garage. This great property is situated within a three minute drive to Puerto Banus and the beach!

Visit the lovely old town of Marbella & enjoy a meal or drink in Orange Square only 10 minutes drive away.
Visit Puerto Banus: from shopping, to the fabulous port where you can take coffee or eat in some of the most exclusive restaurants in the area or, if you choose, dance the night away in the very chic nightclubs. If all of that is too much for you, you can choose to relax on the many beaches in the area.
You can also explore the Southern Coast of Spain and it´s many white villages and visit Granada to see the Alhambra Palace which is a famous fortress & monument of Arabic architecture. You can also visit Seville, which is a heart of Andalusia. The tax free haven of Gibraltar is a mere 45 minute drive. Excursion to Tangiers Morocco by ferry from Algerciras or Tarrifa (crossing time is 35 minutes).

Location and facilities excellent. High quality interior and furniture. Great ocean view. Tranquil swimming pool.The only negative aspect during the stay was mosquitoes and parking on the street - virtually traffic free lane. La Canada mall with supermarket just 8 minutes away.Most helpful hosts.

My friends and I have stayed in many villas over the years and this is definitely our favourite's. It is in the perfect location for shops etc. it is set in beautiful gardens with a fabulous pool and is very private. It has a lovely feel about it, is very clean and tastefully decorated. Nothing negative to say. Would highly recommend.

The property looked every bit as nice as the online images although the fourth bedroom and shower room were disappointing. The villa is an updated building which has had major improvements throughout, with the exception of the lower ground apartments. The garden is beautifully laid out and is kept to a high standard. The pool is clean and well maintained and proved a hit with the whole family, from 10 months to 70 year olds! We soon relaxed into a comfortable routine and enjoyed the comforts and cool of the open plan layout of all the public rooms. The kitchen was well equipped and the coffee lovers amongst us enjoyed having freshly ground coffee “on tap”. The provision for the children’s needs was terrific and everything was put to good use by our two little ones. Elena was very helpful in the run up to our arrival with helpful and positive responses to all our enquiries. Dimitry was also lovely and made us feel very welcome on arrival. He provided advice and guidance on local facilities and even arranged an airport transfer for us. He also organised a mid stay clean which provided fresh linens and kept the rooms immaculate. We had a lovely stay and would thoroughly recommend this villa with our only reservation being that bedroom four and it’s en-suite is not to the same standard as the main 3 bedrooms.

The Villa is just like the photos. Excellent in every way. Very well appointed and equipped. Extremely clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Great location convenient to all Costa del Sol activities. . We had a great time at this amazing high end house. The location is great - just minutes to the beach and Marbella downtown as well as Puerto Banus. The kitchen at the house is very high-end and the bedrooms are nice and all have spacious bathrooms. The pool is the main feature at this house - very nice and great private garden. The owners are very helpful and we had a super nice time at their villa.

This villa is stunning. Beautiful, spacious layout - accommodated 2 Families with plenty of privacy. Separate bathroom off each bedroom - updated high end kitchen well stocked - functional laundry room on main floor- outdoor charcoal barbecue area - full privacy in backyard - with gorgeous landscaped views surrounding. Bedrooms only, have air conditioning. Not required in other rooms as always a breeze - from mountains and Ocean - great climate - even when there in heatwave in July. Excellent location. 25 minute walk down the hill to the main town. Grocery stores, restaurants all amenities nearby. 8 mins to the outdoor concerts. Many day trip possibilities in surrounding area. Host is very accommodating, responds promptly. Excellent experience. I hope to return again.

Es war einer der besten Urlaube, die wir mit unserem Kleinkind (3 Jahre) bisher hatten. Alles war wir beschrieben und wir fühlten uns in der Tat nach ein paar Tagen sehr heimisch. Cons: Pool nicht beheizt, was aber für die Region die Regel ist. Ansonsten alles Top!

We spent 2 weeks at the villa. 4 adults and 2 kids. Everything was like in the pictures. Beautiful area of Marbella, you need a car to move around though. The check in and out were uncomplicated. The views from the terrace to Gibraltar and Africa were great. We recommend it and would love to come back!

The villa is beautiful and very well presented. Excellent location, just a short drive or walk from the nearest shops and the beach, and the local taxi service is very good. The villa was very clean and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The villa also has many of the facilities you might need for a toddler - high chair, cot and lots of toys!

Our family just spent a fantastic time in this Villa. The Villa is super nice, very clean, spacious and comfortable. It is located in a very nice and quite area but just near to everything in Marbella. The hosts, Dmitry and Elena were always available and they received us with a very nice welcome gift. We stayed at this beautiful villa for the Christmas week with our friends. The villa really exceeded our expectations. It is perfect and looks exactly as it does in the photos. All the facilities and equipment are top level. The location is gorgeous, very quiet, no traffic noise, breathtaking sea and mountain views. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He showed us the villa and explained how everything works, quickly responded to our questions. The damage deposit was timely returned. We highly recommend for families with children. Gorgeous porperty!

Our family stayed at this property twice and have already booked for June this year. It is a magnificent villa with perfect location. Inside there is a stunning living room and a large stylish dining room furnished with a new modern kitchen. Outside is the wonderful pool, a lovely terrace with a BBQ. Everything was in good condition and the facilities were excellent. Demitry, the owner is very pleasant and easy to communicate with, and we had our deposit returned the day after we returned home. We travel to Marbella each year, and this is the best property we've stayed in so far. We highly recommend this property for families with children.
