About this house rental

Single storey house of 70 square meters, therefore suitable for people with reduced mobility, with a large sunny terrace, a garden as well as two parking spaces and a garage for storing bicycles, motorcycles, skis, stroller...
Ideally located, this cottage is on the edge of the vineyards, quiet, while being only two minutes walk from downtown Ribeauvillé.
It has a large fully equipped kitchen with dining area, open to the living room with fireplace and directly overlooking the terrace furnished with garden furniture. It consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and an independent WC.
In order to find an impeccably clean house, I will charge you an additional € 50 corresponding to the cleaning package "end of stay", payable upon arrival.
A deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival and will be returned to you upon your departure.
I can offer you the rental of bed linen and towels at the price of € 10 per person, payable on arrival. If you are interested in this option, could you let me know by email or by phone on 06 08 11 21 93.

Hyggelig lejlighed med en dejlig terrasse i få meters afstand til centrum. Lejligheden er veludstyret og værtinden Anne er utrolig sød, imødekommende og venlig. Bestemt en lejlighed vi vil anbefale samt selv komme tilbage til.

Eine herzliche Gastgeberin, zentrale Lage und eine gute Ausstattung erwarten den Gast. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt es allerdings wegen mehrer Käfer, die sich in die Wohnung verirrten und die vermutlich aus den Abflüssen kamen.

Sehr schön eingerichtete saubere Wohnung. Alles da, was man braucht. Fußläufig in die Altstadt mit sehr schönen Fachwerkhäusern. Anne ist eine sehr sympathische Vermieterin, die sich gute Tipps gibt und sich auch im Laufe des Aufenthaltes erkundigt, ob alles passt.

Die Wohnung ist nicht nur sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sie ist auch sehr luxuriös ausgestattet, von der Küche bis zum Bad und TV Anlage! Mon mari, notre loulou et moi, nous avons passé un agréable WK prolongé dans la maison d’ Anne. Rien ne vous manquera dans ce gîte, décoré avec goût. Cuisine bien équipée, living et chambres comfortables. Le WC et la salle de bains très très propres! Même notre toutou adorait son petit jardin. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et l'appartement est confortable. Le centre est à 3 minutes à pied. Seul petit bémol on entend la circulation dans les chambres si on dort avec la fenêtre entre-ouverte. Sinon nous recommandons ce gîte.

Gîte très bien aménagé et bien décoré. On se sent comme chez soi et la propriétaire est accueillante et disponible. De plus le gîte est bien placé pour visiter cette belle région et sa très grande proximité avec la ville de Ribeauvillé est un atout non négligeable. Logement parfaitement équipé. Beaucoup de petites choses sont prévues pour notre confort. Propriétaire sympatique et disponible. Logement où on se sent "comme chez soi". Le centre du village est accessible à pied, avec toutes les commodités journalières. Ne pas hésiter à louer, en toute confiance.

La maison est très propre, très confortable, très bien équipée, idéalement située à 250 mètres du centre historique. Vous serez au calme avec une place de parking réservée devant la porte, ce qui est très appréciable à Ribeauvillé. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Anne, vous pouvez lui faire confiance pour les bonnes adresses gourmandes et les balades.
