Today Masia Notari is a beautiful rural property where bygone elements are combined with modern day comfort. Each room is unique and decorated with exquisite care and taste.
Currently it is let to families, groups, companies and organisations who wish to enjoy their stay in a place of singular beauty, where they are able to celebrate meetings, functions, retreats and holidays. The property is not available for weddings or parties.
The location of Masia Notari is a great advantage for our guests. Situated between the beautiful beaches and the charming towns of Vilanova and Sitges (5 minutes to the centre of Vilanova and 10 minutes to Sitges by car), and just 30 minutes from Barcelona and Tarragona. Vilanova is a beautiful city right by the beach with lots of shopping and numerous bars and restaurants. The Masia is surrounded by vineyards and bodegas and by foot you can get right into the Garraf Natural Park with numerous walking, hiking and biking trails.
This is the perfect place for both company off-site retreats and family reunions.
For companies we are perfectly placed just half an hour from El Prat international airport and the Barcelona Trade Fair sites. We can provide transportation, catering onsite, local information and activities as well as any equipment necessary for your company retreat (prices on request). Our internet/wifi capacity is sufficient for large groups.
For families all you need to decide is whether you want to spend a relaxing day in the villa (swimming in the pool, having a BBQ, reading a quiet, shady spot), going to the beautiful local beaches where you will find various water sports on offer, going sightseeing in Barcelona or Tarragona, visiting a local winery, and most of all spending time together. We want our guests to feel as comfortable as possible. We are not just renting a property - our objective is to provide our guests with a unique experience!

The majority of rooms have en-suite facilities. There is a huge kitchen and dining capacity for large groups inside and outside, chill out space, games area with table tennis and table football, meeting area with large screen, incredible outside spaces, covered porches and a 16m long saltwater swimming pool. There is also plenty of free parking in the road outside the house.
Masia Notari can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights rising to 7 nights in the high season. The nightly rate shown is for 14 double rooms and the number of rooms desired( up to 25), can only be increased by adding 2 people for every extra room. if you wish to rent for more than 20 rooms ( 40 people) please get in contact with the owner. if you wish to make a reservation for more than 40 guests, there will be an additional charge per extra person/day. The platform does only allow to specify number of people, rather than the number of rooms

We stayed at the Masia Notari for a weekend in May ‘24 and absolutely loved it. 24 people got together for a family & friends short break. We catered for ourselves mainly using a handy app for a local supermarket. We used a recommended caterer who cooked us paella on Sunday night also 5*
The rooms & bathrooms were spacious and clean and the villa, pool & gardens were well kept and clean throughout. The property manager Heike was fantastic from the moment of enquiry to the moment we left - great communication, very friendly and always available to answer questions. We used the recommended taxi company provided by Heike for all of our airport transfers and trips into town also 5*

Our family stayed here on holiday and had a wonderful time! Heike is incredibly accommodating and the property is chalk full of history and interesting architecture. So many spots with amazing light and unique touches. Love that everyone has their own space and almost everyone has their own bathroom. We had a really lovely stay! Highly recommend!

A great place for a work retreat. We booked the entire place with 25 bedrooms for 5 nights. There is plenty of space in this charming Masia (Catalan for Finca). Each one of bedroom is very well appointed and has its own bathroom. The onsite catering that was recommended by the host was fantastic. Together with the pool and the close vicinity to the Villanova beach and the fancy beach town of Sitges make this a perfect workation option. As one of my team members commented: this was team building pure, without a need for the team building animator.

Our stay was unusually long - we rented for 2 weeks.
Most of us found the accommodations very comfortable and roomy. The pool and different lawn areas were loved especially by the children!
A bit more scheduled housekeeping for the long stay would be nice. That being said, all I had to do was ask and it was done as requested!

I spent a longer weekend at the masia notari and have only good things to say. Very big property with lots of space and all you need to have for a stay when you are a bigger group. Heike was a great host, very responsive and helped us setting up everything that we needed.

My company wanted to do a workaction and stumbled upon Masia Notari and we had an amazing time at this villa. Within walking range from Villanova and a short taxijourney from Sitges and some of us took the train to Barcelona one of the days.
The villa itself is stunning with so many different hang out areas that it never felt crowded for the 25 of us.
Heike the host was super helpful with information beforehand and answered all our questions whilst being in the villa.
We also had catering for some of the days and catering company that Heike recommended was amazing. The food was great and the service even better.
The only downside is the location, its close to the big roads and as soon as you leave the villa you are surrounded by warehouses. But inside the walls of the villa you forget all of that and it doesn't affect the peacefulness at all.
I would highly recommend this villa for groups and companies that wants an amazing villa that is close to other activities and villages.

Amazing property, perfect for large groups (family or friends)
The property is as beautiful as it looks. It's a completely enclosed oasis with individual suites spread out around the main casita, swimming pool, kitchen, and eating area. We had 6 different families with grown children on the property, and everyone felt like they had their own personal spaces.
Beautiful landscaping (lush succulents everywhere), and so many terrific nooks for groups big and small to gather. We cooked three nights in the kitchen and grill, dined in Vilanova and Sitges the other nights, a couple of times directly on the water at terrific restaurants. The salt water pool was perfect for swimming laps and for cooling off during the warm days. There were 23 of us (family and friends) staying the week, and we never felt crowded, whether we were having a full group dinner or relaxing in different parts of the property. Especially great was how many of the rooms had private baths.
The property manager was super responsive, but we also didn't have any issues with the property.
The location at first gave us a little pause because of the nearby highways, but we quickly learned two things: 1) once inside the property, you are in a tranquil bubble, and the outside world barely exists; and 2), when you leave the property, it's super quick to get to Vilanova, Sitges, BCN, or other towns further down the coast.

Six family reunion
Masia Notari is FABULOUS! The pictures do not do it justice. Heike is a wonderful host and took care of our every need. We were six families with children ranging from the ages of 7-20. There was room for all of us, and it was great to gather by the pool, where our children could swim and have fun. We are already planning our next trip back.

Grand Villa & Service
I arranged a company retreat for our tech start-up of 23 people. It was a beautiful and serene place for everyone to hang out and get work done together but very spacious where everyone felt like they had privacy. Great attentiveness by Heike the property manager. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend for a big group

Excellent stay for a business trip
The rooms are all spacious, clean and comfortable. There are a lot to choose from too! The meeting room with the projector was absolutely perfect for a group of 21 people. We loved every part of our stay. Mar is a wonderful host. I’d very much recommend Masia Notari.

A fabulous property, perfect for groups
We took a group of 25 adults to stay at Masia Notari for our 40th Birthdays. We couldn't have chosen a more appropriate place - not only is it far more spacious than the pictures show, thus giving everyone space to read a book when not drinking rose, but Mar, who runs the property and Julia, who cooks the breakfast, plus the cleaning staff who kindly made the property spic and span every morning, are an absolute delight. Nothing is too much hassle for them and they were very tolerant given it was a celebratory weekend and often bottles and plates were left out overnight. It is a beautiful property and could fit far more than the 25 we had. It is so close to Sitges as well where there are loads of great restaurants and bars. We also discovered a wonderful restaurant in the hills called Masia Sumidors that hosted us for a long lunch on the Saturday which is well worth booking. Mar organised everything so wonderfully, this is the perfect property to switch off in.

Outstanding, spectacular venue and faultless service and facilities
Masia Notari offers an exceptional environment for a special ocasión. We were a party of 20 and there was a great amount space. All the different terraces, pool area, kitchen, lounges, bedrooms etc are luxurious and facilities are excellent. For a short stay (of two nights) we didn’t feel the need to leave the finca. Mar is a fantastic host and her staff made us feel extremely welcome. We had catering and the food was absolutely first class, the service simply excellent. Feel confident that if you book this you are booking a high quality experience for you and your guests. Thank you so much Mar and the team. We’d like to go back sometime !!

The Most Perfect Wedding Venue!
Our stay at Masia Notari could not have been better! We booked one week for our wedding in September 2017. It was the perfect set up and venue for our 45 guests, most of which stayed on the property with us. Mar, the property manager and wedding planner is just wonderful!
The rooms are beautifully decorated and vary in size based on guests needs, and there are plenty of bathrooms. There are multiple common areas both inside and outside-all very spacious! On the wedding day, we were easily able to have separate areas to get ready and spend time with our friends before the ceremony.
Mar helped us plan every aspect of the wedding from the food to the decorations to the timing of the day. She made sure that everything was perfect and took care of things quickly. She worked with us for a year, all via email since we are in the US, and made it so easy!
Although the villa isn't directly in a public transportation area, there were plenty of taxis to get you the short distance to the train or to get you to other local towns. Our group had no problems getting to Barcelona, Sitges, local wineries, etc. and we had a blast exploring what was around us.
I highly recommend Masia Notari for large groups, especially for events. You'll feel like you have your own little fortress!

A wonderful venue!
The venue is beautiful, the grounds are all well maintained with plenty of space and lovely areas with seating for us to relax in. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens were all clean, and lots of lovely little touches like chocolates in the room etc. The outdoor and indoor seating areas were comfortable and enabled us all to relax and enjoy our time together. And I can't thank Mar enough for all her help and support both leading up to and during our stay which made it so memorable. Can't recommend this enough and we'll definitely be back!

Perfection
We had our wedding at Masia Notari in June, it was perfect! Nothing was too much bother for Mar and her team, we all had an incredible time and came home with memories we will never forget. Perfect location for a company training week!
Last week our company Zanders visited Masia Notari for a training week for our Consultants. Apart from the fact that the villa is absolutely beautiful, it was also a perfect place for our programme.
We were with a group of 24 and the training room was big enough for our needs. If we would have to make one recommendation for improvement it would be to have a more modern screen, where laptops could be connected to directly, instead of a projector and white screen.
The different terraces were suitable to spend time together, but also to have some more privacy when desired. We can't think of any facilities we missed.
The environment of the villa isn't of much interest, but this wasn't necessary for us as we spent most of the time inside the property. We went out to Sitges for one night, which is only a 15-minute drive from the villa. During the rest of the week, Ramon and Julia took very well care of us by preparing all delicious meals.
Mar, the manager, has been extremely helpful in organising our stay and making it very comfortable. She answered every question we had extremely fast and also took the time to show us the wine cellar and tell us more about the interesting history of the Masia. Nothing but compliments for the entire team!
We will definitely consider this location for next year.

Paradise
Our group recently spent 2 weeks at Masia Notari. At our peak, there were 24 of us. The Masia's layout is so spacious and even with 24 people there were plenty of places for people so that it was not crowded. The Masia's grounds were beautiful and we felt like we were in paradise. Mar, the property manager, was excellent and very helpful. She assisted us with setting up tours and arranging a professional chef to come cook for our group. It was a wonderful experience at Masia Notari and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful visit in Vilanova. Thank you Mar and Masia Notari for a wonderful experience!

Amazing!
I booked this villa for my sisters hen party consisting of 25 girls for a 4 day weekend and it was the best decision I could have made.
The villa consists of multiple bedrooms, mostly of which have en-suite bathrooms. The pool was the exact size we needed. The kitchen had 4 fridges and 2 freezers with plenty of cooking space. There was enough room to eat in the kitchen or outside with a view of the pool. There were communal bathrooms with large mirrors and seating areas if anyone wanted some quiet time to read a book. We used the main walk way to play games and if we had any issues, the maintenance man was there within 5 minutes.
Mar, the manager, was so helpful. I emailed her at least 30 times with different queries and concerns and she was so patient and understanding.
The villa isn't directly near a bus or train station; but mar provided taxi numbers and information about the local town.
I couldn't have been more happy with Masia Notari - you feel like you are in a complex but it's for your sole use! one of the hens has already booked it next year for a group holiday!

A memorable family reunion for Chritmas
We chose this amazing property to celebrate a historic family reunion. We had 30 family members coming together from Argentina, Sweden and Barcelona. For many of us, it was the first contact ever with parts of the family who lived so far away. The house was perfect. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We stayed there for three days and 2 nights. The host Mar, offered us a fantastic catering service for the Christmas days, so we did not have to worry about anything at all. All of us enjoyed the house, the warmth and comfort, the scenery. We all recommend this place enthusiastically! we had a great time!!!!

Great spot for our 80-person destination wedding!
We held our wedding ceremony, dinner, and party here and many of our guests spent the entire weekend at the Masia. Although, the area around the villa is not very pretty (and there is nothing within walking distance), the place itself was beautiful and kept in great shape. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen and made use of the nice pool. There are many nice places to hang out and the bedrooms were comfortable. We had our ceremony with 80 people along the path facing the gate and we fit easily. Dinner was in the wine cellar and the party in a separate room. Mar was incredibly helpful in planning the entire weekend and the wedding itself. We could not have done it without her! She was extremely responsive and helpful, which was crucial because we planned it from the US.

Amazing finca
We spent three days with 27 management members of our company at this absolutely beautiful finca. It could not have been better, everyone was very happy to stay at this gorgeous place. Mar, the director of Masia Notari, was always very helpful and fast in answering our many questions beforehand - she did a great job! The house was very clean and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The house is absolutely charming with its cellar, living rooms and garden. It is easy to reach from Barcelona and close to Vilanova. We can highly recommend it for any occasion (family events, weddings, company trips etc.). We would definitely book it again. Don't look for another house, this is the place to go!

Fabulous villa for large family reunion
We are a family of 21 (plus new baby) who stayed at Masia Notari for one week, and we could not have been happier there. The villa is as beautiful as the photos. Each room is tastefully furnished and almost all have a private bathroom. The pool is large and wonderful for the warm summer days and nights, The kitchen is huge (3 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 coffee pots) so we were able to cook as many meals comfortably as we wanted. There is a large outdoor grill. There are large seating areas fror our whole famiy to be able to eat together outside and also inside. There were workmen there each morning tending to the lush garden. The manager, Mar, was delightful and couldn't be more helpful. It was close to Vilanova for shopping, restaurants, walking the beach - the annual festival added a special excitement. It's close to Barcelona -- driving or nice train ride from Vilanova. It's close to the beautiful beaches at Sitges. All in all, it was the most wonderful place we could have imagined. We highly recommend Masia Notari.

Lovely buildings, peaceful setting
I used the villa to hold two research project meetings with collaborators from all over the world. It was important for us to have a beautiful place to stay, where everyone could have their own bedroom and bathroom, but which was more intimate than a large hotel and more isolated so that we could focus and bond as a group. For this purpose the villa was perfect! It was also great that it offered us so many spaces to sit, talk and work - both in the beautiful cellar but also in the courtyard gardens, lounge and patio. We also especially appreciated the excellent and friendly assistance we had from the property's manager - it really helped us to relax both in the lead up to and during our stay.
Some very minor things that could be improved to achieve a 5 star rating for our purposes (but which may not be important for everyone) would be that soap and shampoo could be provided in the showers as many of our guests did not think to bring these items, a projector could accompany the available screen, and some guests wished for a faster internet connection, although this was not a problem for me personally.
It is also worth noting that when inside the villa, it is really peaceful and beautiful and you can forget that the world outside exists. This is great! However, when you do go out, the surrounding area is rather industrial and surrounded by major highways. For us this was actually perfect, as it kept the group inside the beautiful villa and helped to achieve team bonding and focus. However, for others thinking they could walk to Vilanova or other beautiful areas from the villa it may be important to know that this is not so easy in fact.
We thoroughly enjoyed our meeting time at the villa though and some of the researchers are already talking about using the villa for other meetings, which is the real testimony as to how wonderful it was for us!

Unique and relaxing for such a large property.
Stayed with friends and family (28 in total) for one week. Villa is stunning, ideal for children to play in a safe environment and has all the amenities you would need. Would highly recommend and would definitely return. Only negative to report is the location, in terms of not being able to walk to the beach/bars. If no need to leave the villa though, that wouldn't be a problem.

Getaway Haven
Stunning architecture with fantastic facilities. The perfect place to hide away. I am definately coming here again and will bring the children. Extremely friendly hospitality and the space is brilliant. 10 minutes drive to the sea, Sitges is 20" minutes away for some night life. Plenty of hot water, Lidl down the road - Go Now and don't give it a second thought. You won't regret it.
