Perfekt!

Absolut nichts.

Location was splendid. We had an amazing balcony with views of the Alps. Relaxing atmosphere.
If you tend to like thick pillows I would recommend bringing an extra one with you. Pillows are very thin, but beds are comfortable.

Good location with beautiful view, relatively good breakfast, clean room with a balcony, comfortable beds and good pillow
Self check in is cumbersome, sound protection is poor, not easy to bring in luggage as one has to climb the stairs (not handicap friendly), rooms are quite small, annoying church bell every 15 minutes

beautiful views, loved having a balcony connected to the room with views, the self check in was great, breakfast was wonderful with friendly staff. The sauna and relaxation rooms were a great surprise too!

Loved our 4 night stay in Triesenberg- great breakfast with lovely staff, unfortunately we didn’t get time to use the sauna, but that looked fantastic.

Beautiful View
They don’t have any staff at the property and no way to change the reservation should you need to add a guest. I had a friend join my trip at the very last minute and I tried changing it online to no success. The day after we stayed they decided to charge us an additional €60. My guest did not even have bedding or a towel. I explained this to the hotel. They did not seem to care. Be forewarned.

The location, view, room and breakfast was amazing. Even better was the 24/7 self service coffee station. The self check in was very easy and efficient and would certainly stay here again.
Everything was great

The view was fabulous. Staff was great and the facilities were done very well. We would stay again.
The winding road to get to the hotel and limited parking.

I loved everything. The location with the views was amazing, the staff at breakfast was great, the price was cheap, and I absolutely loved it.
The parking was the only thing that I would say needed clarity. there was plenty of parking across the street but a lot of people didn’t know that the parking lot was across the street and instead parked illegally along curbs making it difficult for cars to leave parking spots.

I don't want to give the hotel a rating 1, because the views are stunning, the room is clean and staff is normal.
But the self-check-in corrupts everything!
I had a tough journey from Turin when I arrived in the Swiss town of Sargans at 17.30 (5.30 PM). According to hotel Oberland I had to contact them when I would arrive later than 18.00. I thought the reception would close at that time, so I took a taxi fot € 75,- from Sargans to hotel Oberland. For nothing, seemed later; there is no reception a all!
It took me 12 minutes and much swearing to get my room key from the stupid machine. There is self-check-in, not a human being in the hall of the hotel! I didn’t know that and Booking.com didn’t warn me when I booked this hotel. It was terrible. This self-check-in is not easy at all! The same evening I saw a helpless Swiss man before this machine who also didn’t know what to do; I had to assist him.
Self-check-in is completely inhuman, an insult to mankind and contrary to hospitability. When you arrive very tired all the way fom Turin by train and taxi you hope someone says to you: ‘Hi, how was the trip?; or ‘Welcome in Liechtenstein.’ You don’t want difficulties with a self-check-in machine.
In the room I found a note: ‘We are delighted to receive you…’ Who is delighted? The machine? Who is ‘we’? A machine cannot be delighted. A machine is stupid and dead. If you die of a heart-attack in front of the machine, it doesn’t care! It just goes on asking your birth date when you lay on the ground… That is the difference between a human being and a self-check-in machine! Such things are disgusting. Also wanted information about restaurants and supermarkets; from that stupid machine? And I wanted to make a print for my next hotel reservation. The machine didn’t answer… I’ll never return to Oberland.
By the way: I met in two days time two people of the staff later on: a breakfast lady and another one. They were normal.

Check-in was a problem. Message from hotel said reception desk was open and there was no one there when we arrived at 2 pm and the door was locked.
