Somos visitantes frequentes do hotel. Os quartos luxo são bons. Funcionários atentos. O melhor da região de fronteira.

La estadía en San nicolas hermosa 💖

Muy buena ubicación, a pocas cuadras del río y del centro comercial. El desayuno no me asombró.

El desayuno muy poca variedad, y el no poder descansar a la noche por falta del aire acondicionado. La explicación que me dieron era que la gente mayor que se encontraba ospedada le hacía mal teniendo el sistema aire central es para todas la habitación por igual. Y la realidad es que en cada habitación hay una compuerta para permitir o no permitir el ingreso del aire tanto frío como caliente en época de invierno. Me dieron la opcion que habra la ventana y se me invadió de mosquitos. Si sabía de este inconveniente no me hospedaba.

PESIMA RELACION PRECIO CALIDAD

Nada, hotel venido a menos. Tenia paredes caidas y sin reparaciones. LA puerta de la habitación tenia un cerrojo en mal estado.

Cama de 1999 sin reposición y de un tamaño para esta época irrisoria. Tiene una pileta que para mitad de NOVIEMBRE NO ESTÁ FUNCIONANDO Y NO AVISAN. El estacionamiento es como sacar la loteria. Desayuno pobre sin opciones; y si bajas a las 10hs ya no tienen reposición, siendo que el desayuno termina a las 10:30.

LA UBICACION EXCELENTE, NADA MAS QUE AL SER NOCHE DE FIN DE SEMANA Y LA HABITACION DAR A LA CALLE EL RUIDO QUE VENIA DEL EXTERIOR A VECES SE TORNABA UN PROBLEMA PARA TRATAR DE CONSILIAR EL SUEÑO ( LA SALIDA DE BOLICHES, MOTOS, GRITOS, ) AL DESAYUNO LE AGREGARIA FIAMBRES POR EJ JAMON Y QUESO, PORQUE MUCHAS PERSONAS COMO YO , NO DEBEN O NO PUEDEN COMER COSAS CON CARBOHIDRATOS , TAMBIEN YOGURT , ENSALADA DE FRUTAS Y PAN FRANCES.

QUE LA CALEFACCION ESTA MUY ALTA Y NO SE PUEDE REGULAR, Y TUVE QUE TENER TODO EL TIEMPO LA VENTANA ABIERTA.

DESAGRADABLE, SUCIO

Fue una estadía DESAGRADABLE

Habitación SUCIA: Acolchado con manchas y paredes sucias. El baño se inundó las veces que nos bañamos y además no tenía mantenimiento. Cama 1,40 no hay camas king. Ruidoso. Atento: No hay ni calefacción ni Aire acondicionado: Es un sistema central que lo manejan ellos. El sábado 16 de Septiembre con 27 grados tenían la calefacción puesta y no la quisieron si quiera apagar. El desayuno nada sano: todo panadería, sin opciones de fruta salvo 1 pera verde.

Disappointing

Two things to improve when i returned from dinner, all empty rooms keys was available to be picked up without any supervision from public higjt risk of theft. Second the elevator was not operating that night 5 floors to step up

Room was small, old, inadequate and super noisy

Nice lobby and dining areas and staff was nice and efficient

No protein or low carb choices for breakfast. Room was small and very noisy and old. Bed was super soft - no support. Paper thin walls and super noisy night with partying and yelling and motorcycles in the streets, so only slept about half the night.

The quality of the Hotel was less than expected.

Dining area was nice and the room was clean. The bathroom was suitable. The Front Desk was very attentive and helpful.

There was no thermostat in the room to control the temperature. When we entered the room it was as hot as an oven with the heater blowing hot air and there was no way to turn it off. The front desk said that he could turn it off and did but the room temperature could only be controlled by opening the window to cool it off. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were way too thick to sleep on, so I put a coat in the pillow case to sleep. There was a great deal of noise all night long outside our window in the street in front of the lobby of the Hotel. People were talking and yelling loudly, with loud motor cycles driving around the block until 5 am in the morning. We did not sleep very well at all. The bathroom is old and needs to be updated with a counter to place bathroom things like makeup etc, especially for women. The breakfast needs to have some fruit available. International travelers are accustomed to having something hot for breakfast, like eggs, or hot avena etc. It was basically juice and breads with some dry cereal.
