Sad that it is not what it used to be:-(

Breakfast is very standard; it is a far cry from what the previous Hotel offered.

Pivot is very central, but I am afraid I will not be back to stay at this Hotel again.

Great experience

Breakfast was great

The beds are very hard and in some of the rooms the pillows are both hard and thick so my kids battled to sleep Also waiting for the golf cart when we have a mother who is with a walker to very long

Great hotel in a super location

Great experience staying at this hotel…. Staff were great… room was comfortable.. breakfast was nice… free parking and pool was fine. The bar men were exceptional… they make great cocktails…

A comfortable location on the doorstep of Monte Casino

Great location in heart of the Monte Casino complex. Good breakfast variety.

Check-in staff could have been mor efficient. Restaurant food also took very long to arrive and the waiter got multiple items wrong on the order.

Couples get away

It was absolutely beautiful. The Italian style buildings were an incredible sight. Such welcoming pleasant staff. A truly 5 star stay and experience. Cannot wait to return for another stay. Spotless clean rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful views, a stone throw to the entrance of the casino complex, spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, entertainment and relaxation.

A Perfect Pivot

Love the location so close to Monte Reception staff and Doorman excellent nice and helpful.

Didn't like the pool area. Lovely pool. But would have loved to have the deck chairs overlooking the pool

Overall disappointing

Location was good and close to popular attractions.

Superior room was quite small. Not cleaned properly. The breakfast options were very limited. Overall, the stay was disappointing for the price.

It was centrally located

Myself and my daughter got bedbugs. We were bitten and is extremely disappointed After a beautiful weekend and a great Sound of Music show Now we are on medication and ointments, please fumigate room 509 Pivot Hotel. NOT happy clients

THE SPA RUINED IT!

I have two issues: 1. I had booked two double beds - I was given a small standard double bed. 2. I BOOKED for a Spa Treatment for 2 at the MANGWANANI SPA - PIVOT which included 2 luxury towels. I was not given the 2 towels, was told they will be couriered to me, was told I will be phoned on the issue, my number was taken, no phone call has been received from the SPA. Send an email enquiry follow up to the SPA , no one has bothered to acknowledge nor respond to my email. More than a week later, i am still waiting. NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Thank you

Enjoyed our stay, but there is room for improvement!

The room was very comfortable and clean. All the toiletries were supplied and well presented. The bottle of champagne I ordered with the platter for myself and my fiancé were also well presented and very tasty. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice, the variety of food was amazing, and the food itself was exquisite.

The food itself was great and the waiters were very good, however, we had to stand and wait for a table for 20 minutes for our breakfast. We experienced issues with our TV, it would not switch on, we reported it to the front desk, they advised maintenance would come sort it out, no maintenance showed up, so I ended up doing it myself! The coffee facilities only had enough milk supplied for a single cup of coffee.

Always a pleasure to stay there and our first choice in the area!

We love the location, great breakfasts, fantastic staff - they’re helpful and very friendly.

I feel that the decor is a bit “tired”, the double bed mattresses sink in the middle and we’d prefer a larger bed. We have been visiting for many years now and the decor hasn’t changed. Also, it would be nice to have more coffee & milk available in the room not just one serving per day - but I guess we could have requested more.
