Lovely Hotel situated in the centre of Brockenhurst close to,open forest and station

Breakfast was lovely, room was good on the ground floor with our own external door , and a seat outside.

Location was amazing

Shame there wasn’t a bar and the drinks on offer were limited, but there were plenty of options outside of the hotel, so wasn’t a ‘big deal’

Enjoyable stay and very friendly staff.

Breakfast was lovely and very attentive staff. Loved the wooden features through out the building and the eco friendly products provided. Dinner was also absolutely wonderful and excellent service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean through out.

The bathroom was very clinical looking but very clean. We were in a room next to communal toilet so was a bit noisy in the morning! Although we enjoyed our stay I felt it lacked the wow factor that we have experienced in other places we have stayed for the same money!

Perfect.

Excellent welcome start to finish, highly recommend . Breakfast is a 10/10 and even though it was a little more expensive than other b and bs we have stayed it in the area, it is great value for money for the service and food you get! Will only stay here now when in the area!

On booking.com it said we would have a bath and we did not, however I think that is an error with the booking.con website rather than the b and b it’s self

The hotel is immaculate. Bed very comfortable.staff helpful and friendly breakfast outstanding and location perfect.

Only slight criticism was no sitting at a mirror. You had to stand to do hair/ makeup

Great in almost every way - welcoming, cozy, perfect location, and great attention to detail.

The bed was a tiny bit soft for me, but that’s nitpicking. A great hotel.

Brilliant stay!

The warm welcome from staff with tea and cake on arrival was a wonderful start to our short stay at Cottage Lodge. The room was clean, good facilities and a very comfy bed. The location is perfect for walks from Brockenhurst and making the most of the local pubs and restaurants in the area.

I loved that the hotel upgraded my daughter and her fiance as I'd told them it was his 21st birthday, they even put up bunting. They said the food was amazing too and the most comfortable bed they've ever slept in, I feel I need to visit myself one day.

The bathroom extractor fan stayed on for a long time after use. And it was very noisy especially when you are trying to sleep.

A really nice little hotel run by really nice helpful people. The room was lovely, it came with a big comfy bed and a nice bathroom. It was about a ten minute drive from Beaulieu National Motor Museum which was the reason for my visit. I was able to charge my electric car too which was really helpful. Breakfast was really good too.

Nice place in a good location but we feel that pricing needs some looking at.

Great location to be able to visit so many wonderful places in the New Forest. Staff were super friendly and attentive! Thank you! Good breakfasts.

For the price we paid (£450 for 2 nights), we thought it wasn't quite worth the money, unfortunately. We found that the suite wasn't quite as depicted in the photos in the website and it's actually much smaller than it looks. It's also looking quite tired in places, particularly the bathroom. (Sorry!😬) Also would have thought that bottled drinking water and maybe biscuits or something similar in the room would have been provided for the luxury price tag.
