Preis/Leistung stimmt hier nicht

Kostenfreier Parkplatz, nettes Personal beim Frühstück

Eine Jubiläumsfeier mit Live Musik hat an diesem Abend stattgefunden. Wir hatten das Zimmer direkt über dem Saal. Einschlafen war erst nach 1.00 Uhr möglich. Ein ruhiges Zimmer war nicht zu bekommen. Bei booking.com konnte ich telefonisch nichts erreichen. Auch Preis/Leistung stimmte überhaupt nicht. War glücklicherweise nur eine Nacht.

Apart from the bed's being uncomfortable, everything else was okay .

Breakfast was great,plenty of choice and loads of everything.

The bed's,the were quite uncomfortable, I woke up with backache each morning.

The room was amazing one of the best rooms I have stayed in and the staff were all lovely nothing was too much bother for them they were all so helpful and ample parking available.

On our last night there was a wedding on which we didn't know or get told about and unfortunately they had rave music on until 1.30am which meant we had a horrible night's sleep which is a shame as we paid alot of the room, we just wish that we had been told about this event when we checked in also the room.

Disappointing

Nice hotel in a good location. 2nd visit. Breakfast variety is very good.

Never got any sleep. Function was on until 1am. After it finished, there were still a few guests who kept on going until after 4am. First visit was grand. Not sure I would go back. On checkout receptionist response to the no sleep and noise was very poor.

The staff in this hotel are extremely helpful, kind and friendly.

Our room was on the ground floor, and it was lovely and warm, spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable. It was also extremely quiet and we got an really good night's sleep. Right from the minute we entered we were greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly receptionist who gave us a choice of two rooms and advised that the ground floor one might suit us best, which she was perfectly right as it was so luxurious and the decor was so modern. The breakfast we were served next morning by a delightful efficient waitress was delicious, and she even checked to see if everything was OK and asked if we needed more tea+toast, this lady really went over and above to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. Its surely the staff who make this lovely hotel what it is, and the location is perfect too just off the M1. Definitely we will be returning here again on our next trip up north.

There was absolutely nothing we could fault in this lovely hotel.

Atmosphere was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Huge thank you to Frances in the Queen Anne restaurant. She is a credit to your hotel. Really helpful and informative. She was a pleasure to meet.

No lift as my mother has knee complaints and found the stairs a bit tough.

Hotel is perfectly placed and very comfy but need my sleep so not sure I can re book.

Food great beds really comfy. Good hot shower. Staff really helpful and friendly.

The walls between rooms seem really thin I could hear next doors television and girls chatting and laughing . I don’t think they were outrageously loud just the lack of sound proofing. It was such a shame as the rooms are ver6 comfortable.
