Location is very nice, staff very helpful. Breakfast was fabulous.
Extra facilites are great, but the room itself not very inviting.
March, raining, not able to take advantage of beach etc.

We came from a hotel in the Sud Tirol where famously the proprietors strive unceasingly to ensure guests want for nothing. Unfortunately MarePineta didn’t compare too well with that standard. In a nutshell, it feels a bit too full of its own importance with the result that it’s easy to feel an outsider and the advertised facilities often turn out to be unavailable (tennis) or overpriced (spa). (These factors exacerbated by various corporate events taking place during our stay). We had one dinner in the hotel and again the quality and service just didn’t live up to the slightly snooty staff whose superiority you felt got in the way of the service offering.
Clearly it’s popular with its regulars who put a premium on being seen in the best hotel in town. Problem with that is it’s easy for the hotel to rest on its laurels and not try too hard for the “lesser” guests.
It wasn’t bad just unfortunately let down by not trying too hard to be as good as it thinks it is !
Good Points - 1) the beach club , expensive but worth it, well managed and along with the beach restaurant more relaxed, friendly staff than at the hotel 2) a great pool although the pool area needed spruced up 3) relaxed and entertaining al fresco breakfasts.
See above - a little too cliquey and not quite living up to its superiority complex.

The breakfast was very good with a wide range of choices. The hotel was very clean and staff was really friendly.
I booked a basic single room and got a room, which is typically used as a connecting room for family rooms. As such, it was very small and didn't have any seating opportunities, apart of the bed. The TV is sub-standard/too old for a hotel of that class. The room had no balcony. The room met the standards for the price I paid.
The fitness room is small, but has high quality/modern equipment. A water dispenser would be nice.
The beach chairs were very expensive.
60€ a day for hotel guests is not a fair price for hotel guests. It may be an adequate price for external guests (considering the high quality of the chairs).

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Perfect location: 5 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from the city center.
Great breakfast.
Fantastic pool with enough sunbeds.
Room 128: spacious but basic, bathroom small and rather dated, terrace with 2 chairs but no small table.
Unfortunately, the hotel accepts large groups/conventions, so the breakfast room and bar are overcrowded with a lot of noise!

very good restaurant and impeccable staff. great breakfast!
everything was fine. i would just suggest to take care a bit more about the grass growing in the swimming pool area (in between the tiles) and the cleanliness of the cushions.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Rooms and hotel are decorated with taste. The swimming pool area is fantastic (30+m pool). Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. Staff is super nice.
The bathroom in our room could use a refresh.

Nice hotel, with modern facilities in the city centre.
Staff is nice and professional, the hotel beach is nice and comfy. Would recommend for a weekend , with family or friends. or even for a longer stay.
Many tennis and padel courts just few meters away.
When I will be back in Milano Marittima I will definitely stay here.
Only thing: 5 star hotel needs to have water available in the bedroom, not just two small 33cl water cans.
That's it.
