Schon mehrfach dagewesen, gerne auch beim nächsten Mal wieder.

Gutes, sauberes Zimmer und Bad, Klimaanlage bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen sehr angenehm, Vielseitiges Frühstück im Wintergarten. Guter Standort für Zu-Fuß-Exkursion

Werde nicht wieder kommen.

Abendessen und Frühstück gut.

Preis-Leistung passt nicht. Zimmer im Zustand der 70er, aber sauber. Konferenzraum mäßig ausgestattet und nicht auf dem Stand der 2000er Jahre.

If I come back to Bonn for sure I will consider to book here again

Very spacious room, breakfast good, location very convenient to visit the city center

despite they were doing renovation everything was managed in a good way

Great location and staff

The location is absolutely perfect if you need access to all of Poppelsdorf on foot. The staff were very responsive when we had an issue with a radiator

a decent place outside the city centre

excellent value for money. walking distance from the city centre, next to the Best coffee shop with excellent cakes.

We could not turn the heating off.

super location, car parking not fully explained

centrally located

car park. we paid €12 cash to the hotel to park the car. excellent directions to park & received an entry ticket, however despite having already paid we had to pay €5 cash to lift the exit barrier. we were not advised of this & luckily had €5 cash. hotel had no credit card facilities available.

breakfast. Pleasant walk into town; in a pleasant suburb.

Insufficient light in the room. Excessive air-conditioning; I did get this sorted.

lover the staff , staff was very friendly and very helpful with My partner and me . will be going back.

only thing was the lift was not working . my partner has a Disability.

Nice room, comfortable beds, very clean. Good location in the nicest part of Bonn.

Staff behind the desk wasn’t very attentive and helpful. Check out took forever.

comfortable place, when I will return in bonn I will stay there

The friendly team, Jasmine, Diana, Patrick, Adele and Kristen all of them were very helpful and supporting me all the time, they have a delicious breakfast.

Basic

- Apples at the reception and water/sanitizing gel as a compliment in the room -The room was clean -Fresh orange juice for breakfast

-The hotel is really very basic, ok to stay for one night, not longer. We had a room on one of the top floors and it was tiny, really much smaller than shown on the pictures. Probably the rooms on the lower floors are bigger, but we payed the same price anyway... -The air conditioner barely worked. We set it to a very low temperature, and still it was too warm in the room with the closed windows. But with the open windows it was too noisy so we had to tolerate it anyway. -The fridge didn't work as well. We only stayed for one night so didn't report it.

Good, central location, but the lack of air conditioning and coffee-making facilities was an issue.

Staff at reception were friendly, parking facilities were very useful and the room was clean.

The room temperature was unacceptably hot; both rooms had air-conditioning units that were broken. Noise disturbance from other guests kept us awake until 3am on the first night. No coffee-making facilities in the rooms.

Very good

Enjoyable breakfast buffet with varied food of excellent quality, good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff. Hotel located close to restaurants and bars, in a lively part of Bonn next to the botanic garden, 20 min walk from Bonn city center and 25 min walk from UN Campus.

First couldn’t find the hotel, Google maps showed wrong place Then we ask the people, then found another adres from Google maps. it should be corrected
