Delightful in all the ways!

Clean, cozy, quiet and very well appointed. Staff were lovely. The restaurant/bakery food was out of the world! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the airport.

Good stay

Cozy little hotel, great breakfast with a nice assortment and plenty to choose from. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. OK parking facilities right across the hotel

The room itself could have been cleaner I think, there were quite a lot of marks on the wall and the bed was quite small My room was on the landing route of the planes, sleeping with the window open, not a chance because of the noise from the planes. Sleeping with window closed, that was ok.

Frühstück war sehr gut, Terrasse ist top ,Personal aufmerksam rundherum eine gute Adresse.

Für die eine Nacht die ich Übernachtete habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.

Gutes Hotel in falscher Lage – für mich.

Ausstattung

Hotel liegt offenbar in einer der Einflugschneisen des Flughafens Frankfurt und sehr nah an der Autobahn. Mir war es zu laut.

Nice little hotel with small spa area near Frankfurt airport

Close to the airport (10 min drive), clean, nice pool and sauna area, nice restaurant below, friendly staff

Quiet area but noisy due to the airplanes, S bahn station is a good 15 min walk, room arrangement is a bit strange, (e.g. no kettle to make tea or coffee in the morning?), poor WiFi

Nice place to stay!

We stayed for one night to cut a long drive in half. The hotel is conceniently located near the highway. We enjoyed a very nice dinner at the hotel restaurant. The kids enjoyed the pool while we relaxed in the sauna. All in all a very nice stay.

We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. Over-priced in our opinion, especially for small kids who hardly eat anything.

just didn’t feel four star

the staff was doing fine

the bed is weirdly placed in the middle of the room. there was only one blanket that was normal sized for one person and definitely way too small for two. this was resolved the next morning by a very lovely woman working there right when asked but the first night was very uncomfortable. there was no couch of armchair and no way to comfortably sit at the table together because the bed was in the way. there was supposed to be air conditioning but we did not find it. sleeping with the windows open (no screen) a big wasp entered the room over night. i didn’t use the pool because when i would have wanted to do so a big group of little kids was there. which is obviously fine but wasn’t what i was looking for during a relaxing stay. the restaurant staff seemed very confused, when i tried to give a tip they completely misunderstood me and i just gave up with trying to get my money back so i ended up giving a 8 euro tip on some coffee and cake.

Don’t stay for use of pool, it closes early !

the staff was nice .

the room was hot with no fan.. we also went for the pool and gym and it closed @630 . we got to use it for like 30 min we choose this place specifically for the pool .

Chocolate heaven on entrance, great staff, recommended for stay with breakfast elsewhere.

Easy to find location near a wild park. Parking on and off street and free. Staff were very attentive and lovely atmosphere in the chocolate shop lobby and bar area. Pool was small but I was alone in there so all good.

The breakfast is very overpriced at €20. No breakfast is worth that. The gym only has a shoulder machine and a bike.

Well over priced, no tea or coffee facilities for the room, hence why they charge over 5 euros for a simple cup of tea.

Facilities are great and amazing staff Amazing food

breakfast a bit expensive not so much choice from lunch and dinner menu if you are staying for whole week, but the food is delicious

the location and the size of the room.

the bed wasn’t comfortable and the blanket was small. Also the wifi wasn’t reaching my room. however, anything else were great.

Dont go with kids on New Years Eve

Location and breakfast

New years Eve Party in the hotel, floor was shaking from 11pm until 03am. Never received an email about it. And never received an invitation for the party.
