Preis-Leistung :sehr gut

Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht also keine Beurteilung möglich. Die Betten waren super und!!!!! wir hatte 2 !! Kissen pro Bett Seite, das ist nicht überall üblich. Alle Betten und Kopfkissen waren ,wie gewünscht, OHNE Federn. Noch etwas zum Personal: alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!

Leider kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, es war nicht warm in der Zeit als wir da waren aber im heißen Sommer wäre dass kein Nachteil

Das ich vor Ort stornieren konnte

Das Gebäude ist in einer miserable Zustand, es wird nichts repariert, Fliesen legen lose auf der Boden. Ein Spiegel im Zimmer ist total Kaputt, Löcher in die Wänden die nur mit Tapete abgedeckt sind. Das Hotel ist alt, ungemütlich und wer weiß was noch alles........

Solider Aufenthalt zu einem angemessenen Preis

In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Hund war gar kein Problem. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und ausreichend eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem und wir wurden morgens von Vogelgezwitscher geweckt. Für 1-2 Übernachtungen völlig okay. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis voll in Ordnung. Frühstück hatten wir nicht.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, soll aber renoviert werden.

Morgenmaden var ok og fint udvalg.

Rengøring af værelse var manglende og ringe. Kunne ikke betale med dankort eller Visa på hotellet. Et hotel der var i opbrud med ringe forståelse for gæsters ønske. Der er ingen muligheder for at sidde ude i "baghaven" der er ingen møbler.

Perfekte Unterkunft für kurze praktische Aufenthalte.

Das Hotel ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel, aber für das Preis Leistungsverhältnis einfach super. Es gibt eine Garage, 24h Rezeption, Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer, gute Betten, ein sauberes Bad und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Es liegt zentral und man kann fussläufig bei einem guten Japaner und Italiener essen gehend. Wir verbringen hier immer ein bis zwei Nächte und kommen immer sehr gerne dorthin, wenn wir nach Lübeck kommen. Wir können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen

The receptionist was friendly and so was the manager when we gave our complaints. Upon our arrival, the receptionist thankfully gave us the tip to park opposite at the hotel - this saved us a daily/night hotel parking fee of 12 Euros for which we were grateful for (ironically we would have not been aware of this parking fee had we not overheard other hotel guests complaining about this unbeknownst fee to them upon their departure). Additionally, it was also nice to be able to order food from external delivery services to the room, this is usually not common practice in other hotels.

Unfortunately the room we stayed in was not very clean, there was a lot of dust everywhere and particularly under the bed - although it would have been very easy from a cleaner’s perspective to reach underneath it. The shower head was leaking and the shower wasn’t draining. The toilet wasn’t flushing properly either. The glasses in the bathroom - the ones you may want to put your toothbrushes in - were dirty and had stains. The soap dispenser mounted on the wall contained no soap. There were tiny shampoo samples which we had to use for hand soap, but unfortunately the room/cleaning service did not refill those. The hotel telephone did not provide instructions or even a notice on how to contact the reception and there was no guidance on how to connect to the hotel’s WiFi. Lastly, on two occasions, the room/cleaning service knocked on our door at 9.30am although we had the “do not disturb” sign hanging outside. Overall, it was very noticeable that the room/cleaning service was not trained hotel staff.

Dated furnishings and saggy beds

Friendly folks at reception. Kindly accommodated a request to change to a room further away from the elevator. Spacious room.

Mattresses were old and saggy. Beds were made badly, with sheets coming off the (partly stained) mattresses during the night. Very dated interior. I booked a second room for another person. A man from the cleaning team walked into the room while she was showering and she ran into them wearing a towel. According to the lady at reception the cleaning team was new and still learning the ropes but still, it seemed like a basic thing to just back out the door and return later. I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

not quiet but clean and lots of space and good location

easy to find, check in easy, staff friendly, good italian restaurant next door, more nearby. room very large, bathroom large. everything spotlessly clean, thanks. Easy to reach the city centre the next morning.

the bathroom facilities were not the newest, the shower was rather small and there was hardly anyplace to lay stuff down although there would have been plenty of room. Too few electric plugs found me crawling around the floor to plug in my laptop. Only one picture on all those bare walls. The room overlooked the main drag and it was audible. In addition there was some sort of motor which made quite a noise in the evening. It was like sleeping on an airplane.

Nice hotel, good quality of property, breakfast room this a very nice view.

Big room with very good noise protection, comfortable bed. Breakfast room with a nice view to the forest, tasty food, there is lactose-free milk!

A little bit far away from city center, difficult to get with a bus. Buses come rarely to the nearest stop - must go 20 minutes to the next bus station.

Good location for very little money

The location is quite good. Close to many supermarkets and some restaurants. It has a parking garage.

There were only two flat cushions on the bed, One for each. I need to sleep a little higher and asked for a second cushion. I didn´t get one. It was not possible to get another cushion.

Comfort and relax

We'd asked for a quiet room, and we got it, thank you very much. Enjoyed silence around us and birds singing outside and the windows overlooking the green belt outside. Lovely breakfast, fresh products and what is not always the rule in hotels, cosy and spacious breakfast room with a nice view. Very friendly staff.

Relatively difficult access to the hotel. We had your address in our GPS but it led us to a completely different area. Please update information in the booklet for the hotel guests. You write there as if sauna is still working, while it is history. No foreign TV channels on TV, even though you mention it in the booklet.
