The hotel is close to the center and the station. There is an excellent restaurant opposite. The city is splendid.

Central location. Shower worked well. Bed comfy.
Cold room, out of season, no food or breakfast, nothing at all apart from a room. Double bed had only a single sized duvet. Room was cold and needed extra blankets, but nothing was available. Absolute minimal bathroom towels and toiletries.

Amazing location, cozy rooms, great value for money.
I stayed for 5 days in a single room, but the room was attended to and cleaned only two times when I was physically in the room and they directly asked if I wanted it cleaned. The three other days when I went on a full day trips I returned to find the room just as I left it, and even in the two times it was cleaned the used towels were not exchanged. I don't know if it is part of their policy or some kind of miscommunication but it was very dissapointing as this was the only bad point I found in an otherwise great hotel.

location in pedestrian zone and close to the Bahnhof
Some street noise from late night revellers and a lack of space to place suitcase on short stay. The large wardrobe is kind of redundant in a short stay and takes up a lot of space.

In this hot days I had a room without aircondition. This is really only thing which can be improved. Everything else - no problem.

Hotel owner was very kind and helpfull;
Hotel is very well located in downtown of Soest, walking distance from HauptBanhoff (train station).
It is an old style Fachwerkhaus, beautifull building.
Overall the hotel has no smoke smell, which is excellent!

Localization. TV (smart tv without access to the internet, no wifi module, no cable to connect internet to it) and internet was fine. Room was clean. There were two glasses. A huge shower with a good water temperature (and it was for a long time).
Personel, for my english questions, responded in german language. Room was "just ugly". View from the window was on a flat roof. We choose this hotel because of the breakfast possibility, but when we arrived, they told us for first day we cannot get breakfast. They don't want to charge me via card and I had to go to atm and withdraw whole ammount of cash (they gave me few days for that what was fine).

Friendly staff, good Location on the edge of the main shopping area , cafes and restaurants close.
The mattresses in our room were too soft for us . A member of staff did not know if the Hotel had a charger for E car’s, which we needed and was the reason why we booked this particular hotel.

Friendly staff, private parkingplace, good breakfast, nice location
No elevator, no bar no airco and it was very hot.
The shower was very high to step in en out, dangerous
Hotel doesn't fit for disabled people.
They only speak Grman, but that's a legacy I guess.
