Ohne viele Charme, aber praktisch

Das Frühstück war lecker. Das Zimmer war sauber und völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal war freundlich. In Laufweite zum Bahnhof.

Ehrlich gesagt habe ich mich ziemlich verarscht gefühlt, da ich dachte, dass das Hotel einen Shuttle zum Europa-Park zur Verfügung stellt. Stattdessen gibt es nur einen Aushang, der auf die öffentlichen Buslinien hinweist. Da die Busse nicht besonders häufig fuhren, war das ein ziemlicher zeitlicher Aufwand.

Zu Europa Park besuchen ist das super hotel.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sogar Prosecco könnte man nehmen. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Nichts,für kurzes Aufenthalt alles gut.

Overall, it was a great stay. Perfect for one night.

Perfect for a night before going to Europapark! The flexibility for the check-in really helped and meant we didn’t have the added stress of having to be on time.

Breakfast was great but lacked gluten or lactose intolerant options. (I was able to make do with what was available but maybe that part could be improved in the future)

Même remarque que mon dernier séjour dommage que dans la douche c'est un rideau sa serait mieux des porte ou une vitre 😉 c'est vraiment le seul point négatif durant mon séjour.

Die Lage zum Europapark ist super. 4 km und man ist da. Die Zimmer sind schön groß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.

Im Bad wird zum Duschen ein Vorhang verwendet. Das geht gar nicht.

Prima hotel voor bezoek aan nabijgelegen europapark / rulantica

Prima continentaal ontbijt. zeer praktische ligging voor bezoek europapark / rulantica (bovendien niet ver van busstation). Nette kamers en prima bedden.

Beetje verouderde stijl / tapijt in de gang was bevuild.

Basic stay with good breakfast

Hotel and room were very clean and is very close to Europa Park. Breakfast is also nice and receptionist at check out very friendly.

The hotel is very basic and for 1 night, just to sleep, it is all right. It is a bit outside of town, on which looks like a small industrial park. Not a lot of atmosphere therefore and wouldn't stay more than one night, but for sleep and breakfast it is good. Also, check-in after 14.00h is "contactless" (normal check-in is between 7.00h - 14.00h, I guess due to the fact people will check-in first and then go to Europa Park). This means that after 14.00h reception is closed and you obtain your keycard after entering the hotel with a security code. So no personnel to be seen after 14.00h till the next morning. Area is safe enough I guess, but it feels a bit odd. There is a emergency number presented at reception however, in case of issues.

Preis Leistung total ok - besonders für einen kurzen Aufenthalt!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da und da wir spät an kamen lag bereits ein Umschlag mit unserer Zimmerkarte am Empfang bereit! Auch das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen hat fast keine Wünsche offen gelassen.

Bei der Buchung hatte ich angegeben, dass wir zu dritt kommen. Zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind (3J.) - leider waren nur zwei Kissen und Decken auf dem Zimmer. Nach kurzer Verzweiflung ist mein Mann dann nochmal runter gegangen und fand zum Glück einen Schrank mit bezogenem Bettzeug vor. Das Bett hat leider auch bei der jeder Bewegung lauthals geknarzt. Personal hat eigentlich keins zurück gegrüßt - bis auf die freundliche Dame an der Rezeption!

Tolle Adresse für eine Übernachtung vor Europapark Aufenthalt, ohne Check-in Zeitverlust! Anreise ist 24h möglich dank Eingangscode und super Organisation, aussergewöhnlich sauber und recht ruhig, tolle Frühstück mit riesiger Auswahl (2 Sorten Rührei, mehrere Sorten Melone+Früchte, toller Kaffee aus Automat, Marmorkuchen, Zitronenkuchen, Wurst, mehrere Käsesorten, Orangen-u. Multisaft etc...) Zusätzlich Gratis-Parkticket (oder Shuttlebus) für Europapark (derzeit 8.-Euro wert); bei kurzfristiger Buchung ist die Übernachtung inkl Frühstück mit top Rabatt buchbar!!! sehr guter Fön im Bad Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden + gratis direkt vor Hotel! Wasserflasche medium oder classic GRATIS bei Ankunft selbst auswählbar

Duschvorhang war etwas defekt etwas einfache Aufmachung, aber sehr zweckmässig und dank Sauberkeit trotzdem ansprechend Vorsicht: Zimmerkartenverlust=20 Euro Gebühr

After all it was a good experience

the convenient of location

one of the employees tried to charge us for my 3y son breakfast when the breakfast it was included on the booking price …We travel a lot and something like that never happened to us ! BTW we knew our rights so we didn’t pay after complaining of the lack of professionalism.

Great location, good parking just make sure you arrive early for breakfast.

Super close to Europa Park - Rulantica

Went down to eat breakfast at 9 am and almost all hot items were done and gone. More guest kept coming and they still wouldn’t refill or make more warm eggs. No A/C and couldn’t open windows at night since there’s a smoking club type of business behind the hotel and they were pretty loud at night.

Good value for money

The staff do not register the breakfast payments on site or parking tickets and keep chasing you to pay it again on the following day or at checkout. This was extremely uncomfortable and happened with all the others in our group. The hotel needs to improve the control process. Be sure to ask for a receipt because they only accept cash.

Pleasant room, clean and comfy, satisfying breakfast, great location, nice staff, complimentary bottle of water, easy check-in.

Breakfast could last longer and be in a nicer room, more explanation about the included shuttle to the parks.
