Pleasant and well looked after.

Breakfast very good, plenty on menu and all very fresh. Evening dinner menu was very good and well priced. Fresh and seasonal menu. All I all a good stay.

Room was a bit dark and not alot if storage. I was given room next to reception which was ok but I could hear people walking to and from reception and some party going on at night in bar. The rooms dont have a view, but appears to be farm with animals next door, which was nice to hear. Location not brilliant, because this is in middle of industrial estate. Ok for business trips.

a rip off.

the very friendly help of a trainee. Nobody else in charge in the property. Decorated as of the year 2000, minimalist, no closet, just a hanger rack, furniture worn out.

Overall a hotel I can recommend. Especially the people make the difference.

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and delicious food in the restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance of the railway station.

WiFi was not always available (Room 21). The room itself is a bit noisy because it is located above the kitchen facilities so the (unavoidable) cleaning of the kitchen late in the evening can be heard.

Very nice place to stay!

Very nice clean bedroom and bathroom, really good restaurant, super kind and friendly staff, and excellent breakfast buffet.

The parking lot got a bit full in the evening and it would have been nice to have been able to use the space at the end of the lot where a construction bin was located.

A great little find

Found ourselves at this hotel after our train broke down in the storm. And what a find. Everything was great... food, staff, room. Really enjoyed the coffee sauna infusion too.

More light options in the restaurant would be good... maybe flamkuchen or salad. However, the burger was delicious.

Superb

It was 1 night stay . Our room was clean and large. The Staff was very friendly . Breakfast was good. . WiFi was great. We got more we wanted according the conditions :-) . I would not hesitate to book again

Really a high class hotel with superb staff on a rather strange location.

Really a high class hotel. with very friendly and helpful staff, a great room and facilities. Breakfast was very good, and also dinner in the restaurant was up to standards.

The only thing I can think of that was not great is the location, in an industrial area.

Nice hotel but not for traveling with kids. Not a 4 stuff, more of a 3 stars

We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids (1 and 3 years old) , when we arrived, we only had one double bed in the room and we were mentioned that we had to pay 15 per day for a crib and it was expected that the other kid would sleep with us in the main bed. So, if that’s the case, why I’m paying extra for the kids and I’m not just paying as a double room? At the end they gave us an additional bed for free but with this uncomfortable situation at the beginning. Staff is super friendly Menu is also very short on options, mainly burgers and some salads, it was tasty but few options. Basically it’s a hotel for 1/2 night stays, in our case we stayed for a full week with kids, and for that, it’s not the best option

Pleasant

Great location when traveling and nice staff.

Not very clean and the bathroom needed a lot of maintenance as well. The stste of the shower floor and glass was appalling. The bed was not comfortable, and singles zipped together when you can still feel the zipper does not qualify as a double bed. We were very disappointed as last time we stayed here only 8 months prior we had a lovely well kept room which was very clean and comfortable.

Two people at the desk. One very pleasant (the Youngest one) the other one clearly not willing to help or making us wait without reason. The room was cold and humidity was high. The general feeling was very low quality. Bed and pillow were awful the worst hotel experience I had in Germany since very long. We were willing to cancel the booking while entering in the bedroom. We should have done it.
