Great location for travel into Vienna nice people

The position for trams and buses to and from the centre of Vienna was excellent, breakfast was good and served in a light and airy breakfast room quite close to amenities and bars friendly staff and very helpful

there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and some of the privacy blinds were stuck open very basic 3star accommodation cost for 2 nights B&B was quite high for the stay

Not worth the money

The place has parking. The Coffee was OK, but the rest of the breakfast was less than mediocre.

1. Our room had a smell of cigarettes. 2. The beds weren't that comfortable with horrible pillows. 3. The view from the window was roof with a wall. 4. No elevator. We had to carry 3 huge trollies to 3rd floor and through half of the building. 5. During our stay of 1 night before the flight, the pension was having a renovation of one the rooms next to us at 7 a.m.!!! 6. Everything looked old, cheap and falling apart. 7. The place is about an hour from the center of Vienna by train. 8. You can have either a night light or your phone charged. Not both...

Best place and service

The owners are so welcoming and helpful. The room and location is fantastic ! I’m so glad I chose this place. I had a short night between two long travels and lots of luggage and the place and owners made me feel at home and like all my needs would be taken care of. Breakfast was incredible. Lot’s of lovely fresh choices in a bright room to start the day. Loved everything about it! Big thank you to the owners.

Superb

The room was very big and was cleaned very well. The bed was also fine. There's a big variety being offered during breakfast, which was also the best part of our short stay. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful when my sister asked about any gluten-free alternatives for her breakfast.

location is perfect, trams 11 and 71 stop across the street. breakfast is really good, better than I expected. staff is

rooms are clean and warm, mine faced the yard so it was rather quiet. bathroom was spacious enough, pretty basic. parking available for those who needed it.

bed was not so comfortable, in fact it would be ok if the pillow was not so soft and flat, like sleeping on a pillow case.

Location... Tram stops at door of hotel. Free parking. Hospitality, men on reception and his wife were more than kind, always with smile. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Better than expected

I have paid 89 Euro for one night stay in single room. I was pleasantly surprised to find small, but cozy room with good bed and everything needed. The hotel is just across the street of the end-stop of the tram 71, which goes from Simmering subway. So it is less than an hour to get to the center

The breakfast is basic, so it would be hard to live many days in this hotel. But for one night it absolutely sufficient

Disappointing

The price was not worth it. They charged me extra €55 per night for extra bed whereas on the reception it clearly displayed that extra bed cost is €26. They ripped me off.

It does the job

STAFF ARE FRIENDLY , CLEANING TEAM DO EXCELLENT JOB .HOTEL LOCATED NEAR MACDONALD'S AND TRAM STATION FEW STEPS AWAY . SUPERMARKET AND FUEL STATION AROUND THE CORNER.FREE CAR PARKING. EASY TO REACH CENTER BY USING TRAM 71 OR 11 , . 10 minutes drive to airport vienna. Breakfast was very simple .
