5 star hotel is an oasis and minutes from the Chennai airport

I arrived after a long 2 days of traveling and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Had the pool to myself for a refreshing swim in a magical environment and ordered room service before having a deep sleep and waking up refreshed. Complimentary taxi service back to the airport was the perfect end to a sensational stay. Special thanks to the amazing staff: Laxman, Ranjith, Karthik and Priya.

Excellent hotel close to airport.

This hotel is within a few minutes from the airport. We used hotel transfers which were excellent. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. The pool area is very relaxing and the restaurant has a superb menu choice. Room and bedding very comfortable.

If you need to be handy to the airport, I would highly recommend

Exceptional food quality and friendly staff. Had a wonderful spa massage too

Temperature of the swimming pool was just so hot. I don’t think they can do much about this given the air temperature, I only comment on this if it is actually heated as it was a lovely pool and would have been nicer if it was more refreshing

A lovely place to stay

From getting picked up by the driver at the airport to entering our room, the whole experience was seamless. The staff were very friendly and efficient with handling requests and to our surprise the manager offered us a complimentary dinner brought to our room which was absolutely delicious. We were only there a few hours as we were transiting so location wise the hotel was spot on in-terms of getting to and from the airport quickly. The room was a little on the smaller side for a family of four but since we were only there to sleep it was fine - but we found it clean and well maintained and the bed was large and comfortable. The service provided by all staff members made the stay extra special. Would highly recommend!

Definitely go for it if you want something near to the airport

The property is absolutely lovely, located very close to the airport and the hotel staff is extremely courteous and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast with their wide spread and delicious filter coffee.

The dinner I ordered from room service was good but a tad bit too salty for my taste.

Chambre fonctionnelle et confortable et propre, même si les équipements sont un peu anciens. Excellent accueil et service. Décoration et architecture intérieures très bien. Excellente situation géographique proche de l'aéroport. Spa professionnel.

La cuisine est un peu trop indienne, même au petit déjeuner.

Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht für Indien. Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss haben muffig gerochen. Das war in einem Zimmer im obersten Stockwerk nicht so.

Zeer prettig verblijf vlakbij het vliegveld.

Heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Nette en schone kamers. Fijne faciliteiten (restaurant, zwembad, gym, spa). Het eten in het restaurant is heel erg lekker. Heel dichtbij het vliegveld, medewerkers regelen heel makkelijk vervoer naar vliegveld.

Un très bon hôtel d'aéroport

Un hôtel confortable tout près de l'aéroport de Chennai, avec un grand jardin et une immense piscine. Le personnel est absolument adorable et très prévenant. Le restaurant est très bon. Un grand merci à Sourav Abhiseet en particulier, pour la qualité de son service et sa gentillesse !

The rooms, the staff, and the awesome breakfast. They haven't dropped the quality in so many years. TRIDENT is my favourite and I specially like the rooms for their very low noise levels. Food quality is another big high here.

I'd definitely recommend to all friends

room is large, clean, light and very comfortable. Staff are incredibly attentive and courteous. The airport is 4 mins drive away but unless you are sitting outside, you do not hear any traffic, air or otherwise! Food is really good.

Well, i like to be able to open the window, irrespective of noise and or heat. That's the only down I have here, but it would not stop me coming here. I always stay here on arrival to and dept from India.

Not worth the money , close to airport

Location to the airport

Very expensive for this grade room and room facilities. Airport drop taxi was way expensive from hotel. Hotel foods are way more expensive. Cofee cost rupees 455, Rasam cost rupees 545, total rip off. Not worth the money .
