I recently had the pleasure of staying here and would like to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweet and welcoming ladies at the reception, who displayed courteous behavior throughout my stay. The hotel's proximity to the station, just a short 15-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient.
The highlight of my stay was the amazing apartment provided. It felt like a home away from home, offering all the comforts and amenities one could desire. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to cook my meals, and I could relax in the comfortable living area while watching television. The overall atmosphere and ambiance made me feel at ease and truly enhanced my stay.
When it comes to negatives, I honestly can't think of anything to mention apart from the fact that my stay was unfortunately limited to just one night. I would have loved to extend my time at this wonderful hotel.

Very good location both for beach and just wondering around. Bit crowded architecture, but I guess that's what seaside resorts mean.
Very poor breakfast. Not a single vegetable or fruit available. And instant coffee. In Italy sounds like a blasphemy.

The Parioli Residence is lovely holiday hotel in a quiet street but yet, near to seashore and center. Rooms were very clean and large. We were really lucky to be upgraded to a suite with a seaview. It shows that management really cares to offer the best possible accommodation to their guests. Thank you!

excellent location, near restaurants & bars and also to the beach we had a apartment which was large & spacious but a little dated , but great value for money

The staff was very helpful and smiling, the paid breakfast had a good selection. Room had its own little balcony, but no chairs or tables on the balcony, just bare
The smell in the room. Room 114 smelt like old sweat. There was no aircon in the room, only heating. The room was very loud and you could hear the other rooms through the walls and common connecting doors. The hallways are all marble and concrete and stones, which makes the hallways loud.

the location and cleanness
the receptionist was so rude and she said that there is no free room in hotel while there are a few in Booking.com.

The room has a bad smell, is not cleaned, the toilet lid is unstable, hot water is unstable, it becomes hot and cold for a while

Great location. Very friendly staff. Room and living room of good size
Kitchen and bathroom quite old. No view at all - building right in front
6.0 / 10.0
The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Rimini and its beaches. The staff was nice and helpful. And the balconies are quite sufficient in size.
The hotel rooms are very outdated and old. You can see some type of damage or wear at any place in the apartment. The kitchen lacked several types of amenities like cooking pans and cutlery. After asking about this at the reception, it was brought up to the room. Furthermore the hotel offers parking but when we arrived we were told the hotel parking was full and wouldn’t be available during our stay. So everyday we had to look for a new parking space or put money in the meter since you can only pay the parking for a max of 24 hours in that area. The rooms were also not sound proof - quite the opposite actually. And the air conditioning made a lot of noise so we had to sleep with air plugs.
