Good hotel if you can ignore some imperfections

Breakfast, access to the beach, atmosphere and reception staff. Every evening there is entertainment at the bar. Bus stop is right next to the hotel which brings you to the city center in about 40mins. Sugggested car rental was great. If you are two or more persons, not worth renting a bicycle, as it costs the same as the car. SPA was decent as well, no service or tea, but saunas were good.

Even the updated rooms look very run down. Broken mirrors, broken tiles in the shower, deep dents in the wall and dirty walls. No silence lining around the door, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor. Beach bar staff (one girl) kept talking to her BF on the phone and ignoring the guests. It was fine for us, something we could ignore but it does influence my scoring.

Tres beau cadre et séjour très agréable

Très beau site Suite spacieuse et confortable Très bon petit dej et poisson frais tous les jours au buffet Gentillesse du personnel qui s’est mobilisé en plein week-end du 15 août lorsque les vols ont été annulés pour nous trouver une solution

Les chambres classiques ne sont pas du tout d’un niveau 4 étoiles, le site et la vue sur mer ne peuvent pas compenser. rapport qualité/ prix perfectible

Miljön, läget och servicen från personalen i receptionen. God frukost.

Lite slitet, skulle behöva lite målarfärg nere vid klippbadet. Skulle ha lite fler platser utomhus vid frukost.

A nice hotel with many amenities

I really liked the view on the sea from our room - it was definitely worth to upgrade the room for it. The staff vas very polite and helpful. Breakfasts were tasty (a little bit better than "regular" hotels breakfast). Hotel offers many amenities to choose from.

The room itself might use some renovation. Also, in the evenings we were able to hear louder noises (like the sound of TV) coming from rooms nearby. Water in the pool wasn't too warm (great for swimming, but a little bit too cold for chilling in the jacuzzi). It would be great to have a few more hangers in the sauna. Gym is very small. Those are all small details, and overall we really liked our stay

Atemberaubend wunderschön ♡

Die Lage ist der absolute Wahnsinn. Die verschiedenen Ebenen sind extrem charmant und geben dem Hotel diesen besonderen Flair. Die Atmosphäre ist magisch, wenn man auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf s Meer frühstückt oder Abend s durch die verspielte Hotellandschaft schlendert.

Die Zimmer sind ziemlich steril und einfach eingerichtet. Da könnte mehr Gemütlichkeit und Farbe rein.

Nice location with nice views of the sea, and next door to Puro Beach which is lovely.

Slow service at the bar. And no direct access down to the pool without lots of steps (not ideal with a pram!)

Perfect location for access to beach and shuttle to Palma.

Staff very welcoming (and welcome drink). Layout a maze (love that: a little quirky, not sterile). Always sunbeds available at the hotel with lovely breeze. Locked gate onto back promenade to illetas beach really nice (very short) walk. The sea at the beach is clear turquoise. The restaurant/bar/massage at the beach were lush (though need to go down before 8am to get paid sunbed on beach, not related to hotel)... hotel is in, fab location. Free hotel shuttle into Palma. On leaving day, hotel give access to good shower room. Easy pre-booked taxi to/from airport.

The pool was small, not big enough for swimming. The steps out of the sea hard to get out of. The snack bar didn't stay open for early evening so unless you wanted full buffet meal in restaurant, you'd have to leave for food elsewhere.

Overall loved our stay, would definitely recommend! And can’t wait to stay here again one day

We loved our stay here. The resort was very nice, lots of areas, room was good (clean & comfy) and we loved being able to swim and jump into the ocean. The views walking around were amazing. Cocktails by the pool were good & The buffet breakfast was absolutely incredible!!

Only downfall was how busy the gym got in the morning (very small gym). We ate lunch at the hotel restaurant one day and it was quite average food/overpriced.

Needs some work.

Close to a beach and most of the staff were very helpful.

My wife found weevil larvae (you know those little worm things) in her cereal from the morning buffet after she’d already eaten half a bowl. She showed a chef and they just took the bowl, showed another staff member and walked off - no follow up or apology or anything. We sent the hotel feedback too about this but still no word back from them. Aside from that, being further out from Palma having an unreliable taxi service is a big issue. The hotel are well aware of the problem so it would be good to establish a hotel shuttle or transfer in certain situations.

Great stay - but please stop the sun bed reserving!

Great place and loved our stay

Very annoying that people reserve sun beds. Not enough beds for everyone to reserve and so impossible to pop for a quick sun bathe without getting up early to find and reserve one.

Could not wait to leave - wish we’d never booked.

Good breakfast and nice seafront location.

Tired run-down old dame …. More like a conference hotel. If it had been 1/2 the price it would have been fine…… not worth €300+ per night! Paid for a double room and got a twin room with a lumpy bed. People up at 7am to reserve sun beds … staff do nothing about. Good staff are overshadowed by sullen rude colleagues. No trays provided at breakfast so hundreds of guests running back and forth 8 x each with boiling drinks and tiny plates of food. (I guess that’s the idea though! )…. Staff snatched a tray I had found off me and shouted ‘NO!’

Lovely sea view room, lovely local beach, great staff

We had a lovely room with beautiful balcony with sea view. Breakfast was great. Bus stops right outside the main reception which takes you straight into Palma.

Lots of steps, but there is a lift within the hotel but not so easy outside if you struggle with steps. The pillows in the room were really hard, very uncomfortable. However the bed and mattress were super comfy.

hotel and staff absolutely lovely! had a very pleasant stay.

due to the hotel only just opening,, there was an issue with hot water, but staff did their best to sort the issue.
