Uitstekend verblijf, super enthousiaste medewerkers!

de ontvangst, wat een super aardige dame bij de receptie smiddags. Heel behulpzaam, super enthousiast, echt een aanrader. Heerlijk even smorgens uit bed rollen zo het zwembad in. Gelukkig was het een rustige tijd.

De kamer was prima, alleen kraakt het bed. En (waarschijnlijk boven ons) was het erg gehorig als ze met stoelen (of zo) over de tegels schuiven. Best irritant. Voor een "gewone" overnachting best wel prijzig.

Excelente atención.

Buenas instalaciones, personal muy amable, excelente ubicación cerca de la playa.

El contenido del TV es muy limitado, siendo imposible ser utilizado por personas que hablan español. Ya que no se puede cambiar el lenguaje y no es posible conectar apps como Netflix o YouTube.

This property is beautiful and peaceful. I love that we could of walked along the beaches restaurant

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

The only thing that was that it was undergoing construction at the back and for this reason there was only one pool available.. other than that it's a very nice property.

The staff were beyond helpful! Very lovely location and has everything you need. Couldn't ask for more. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Family Vacation

Excellent staff,, good location, decent value. Provides tickets for free access to the beach chairs. Toys in the pool area and other common areas provide a great environment for kids. Quiet even though there was a lot of construction nearby and they provided a discount for the construction environment.

This is a very basic hotel with very limited amenities, there are no food options. The security in the car park was disrespectful but there really isn't much we didn't like.

Good time.

Location is very good very close to the beach and has a good swimming pool and also very close to good restaurants at and Mambo Beach. Most of the customer service people were very kind and really tried to help unfortunately not all of them. Big rooms, I stayed in the ground room it was big enough for myself and just by the pool.

Cleaning needs serious improvement. Say say every other day day to cleaning what would really happens is that they are straight in your bed and change your nose with absolutely nothing else. Every 4 days it is supposed to be a deep cleaning and that doesn't happen either it's the same really disappointed with that. The spa really, really small; the only time when I wanted to appoint for a deep tissue massage the masseuse was not available for that day, she just wasn't there at all, so you cannot really count on that service to be available whenever you need it.

- location - beach, food, drinks all in walking distance - pool - private parking - quiet - we had a handicap room, but it was nice and had everything you need

only thing that really bothered us. When we arrived they told us we would get a letter the day before we checked out. We asked for a late checkout the day before out departure and it was no problem at all. The day we were going to departure, we came to pay the bill and found out we had too pay 25$ for the late checkout. Then they told us it was in the letter (that we never recieved!!!) so we were kinda upset that the didnt tells us when we requested the late checkout that we would have to pay an extra fee and that we never got the checkout information. we had a ground floor room, so the car was really close but we couldnt hang stuff outside (for safety)

Excellent! Recommendation!

Great appartment with good beds, amazing pool, just a short stroll away from Mambo beach, great service; very helpfull staff! Great experience. Would absolutely recommend.

Supermarket unfortunately not walking distance but basics available at reception, breadservice in the morning and shuttle service available to supermarket. Small downside was the construction site/view next door where they are expanding the facilties, but there was very limited noise nuisance from that.

Well I didn't got a reply back when I mailed them for a grocery pack. So there was nothing available to eat or drink.

This was the best Accessible hotel I have ever stayed in and would recommend it to anyone!

This was the first time I stayed in a hotel that was completely designed with needs of guests with disabilities (and non-disabled) and the facilities were AMAZING! That takes such a relief off when I travel because that is usually what makes me not want to travel anywhere. Plus the staff were FABULOUS! I wanted to take them all home with me or find a way to live there all the time. We will be back to visit again as soon as possible.

My only problem was there was not a good supermarket within walking distance and the rooms all have full kitchens so you can save money by being able to prepare some of your own meals while visiting. However... the hotel does have a program where they will pre-shop and stock your fridge with selected items from the grocery; so they are aware and trying to find a good solution. They even have a program to supply everything you need to have a BBQ in their own BBQ area behind the hotel. I will have to try that next time.

Amazing

Everything was fine. Nice room with a small kitchen. Perfect room service and very friendly and helpful receptionists. We like to point out the possibility to use the barbecue. Just a short way to the beach.

Good

There is lots of room! The suites and rooms are big en have a lot of free movement. The reception staff is very kind and has been very helpful. The hotel has a lot of good facilities.

The pool has amazing lights at night! Sadly it can not be enjoyed as the pool closes at 7 pm. The smaller pool at the back of the hotel was also quite dirty during our stay.

I liked the location. I loved the staffs willingness to help their guest with Covid19 testing information and options. The friendly atmosphere and the quality of accommodations. I enjoyed the location.

Great location, very suitable for wheelchair users, especially the pool lift, beach wheelchair and equipment rental. Staff was helpful, rooms were spacious and the accommodation was quiet and peaceful
