The location is perfect, very near the harbour restaurants.
The receptionists were really helpful
Our Room 201 had an awful view, looking out opposite other properties so when using the shower not possible to open window to remove steam and no extractor fan or net curtains. The toilet pedestal was badly cracked and the shower was hard to position.

The location itself was not too bad, however Cudillero is so tiny touristic town, that all hotels have good location, actually. However not possible to get close to the hotel with own car, though, so if you are travelling with your own car and heavy luggage, this can be a challenge to get to the hotel and the to walk steep up with many stairs.
This is the worst, ugliest, nastiest and dirtiest hotel I have ever slept in. Horrifying and disgusting experience. Beware of this hotel - it's a tourist trap! In pictures it looks not so bad, but in reality it is a hotel with the quality of a very cheap hostel. In fact, even cheap hostels are cleaner.
The attic room is dark, gloomy, dirty and smelled strongly of mould. A window to the inside of the staircase and a small window leading to the outside staircase. The floor dirty, unwashed for weeks. Air conditioning not working. Everything old, dark, dirty and unwashed.
Beds tiny, very uncomfortable, super hard. Double bed the size of a twin or large singe bed. One small pillow for two people.
Beds dirty, hair residue on the bedding (pic). Toilet smelling of fekal and mould. Bathroom the size of a closet - I had trouble fitting in, closing as you are in the bathroom door is a serious problem.
Hotel staff completely inflexible, they tried to accommodate us into a larger room at a price +30% higher than could be found on their website, only bookig.com support helped. I do not recommend this nasty and squalid hotel, take at your own risk.

Location, location, location… and super kind staff!
no a/c, slightly uncomfortable pillows… kept the window open at night for fresh air, on the 3rd floor, had a friendly visitor from the neighborhood, in the middle of the night, a little cat. It left quickly, though. Haha! The charm of a small fishing village… :)

The staff were so friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to help us with restaurant recommendations and trains times. The room was so lovely and the location is excellent. Also their buffet breakfast was delicious!

Staff was wonderful. Paula, Monica and everyone were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Lovely restaurant and service with anything including crepes. Charming fishing village. Hotel in great location.
This small village is VERY steep. Many inside and outside steps. Parking is not possible in town but luggage can e dropped off before parking about 10 minutes away. No handicapped service possible.

The staff were delightful. Monica and Paula gave us information, made sure we settled in to our rooms, served us our breakfast and were always engaged and helpful when we approached them.
The breakfast was delicious. The homemade cakes and cookies were exceptional.

The building both inside and out has a lot of character. Beautiful stonework. Paula and her colleagues were highly efficient, friendly and helpful ( over and above the call of duty!) The town itself is absolutely beautiful and this hotel is the ideal place to make the most of your stay there.

General welcome and warm attitude of staff/owners. Very helpful. The location is excellent and the building has a lot of character. We felt we were staying with local people rather than in an anonymous corporate hotel.
There was slight confusion over the breakfast options (between continental and a cooked breakfast). I still don't quite understand how it was supposed to work, but it's not important.

cozy in the city center
Parking is far, but, that is a problem from the city, not from this particular hotel
