Udany pobyt, świetna baza wypadowa

Ośrodek położony na polu kempingowym w otoczeniu drzew i jeziora. Apartamenty są dwupokojowe z aneksem kuchennym i łazienką w domkach murowanych co czyni je lepszą alternatywą dla przyczep czy domków drewnianych. Wyposażone są w dużą lodówkę, klimatyzację (nie sprawdzałem czy działała bo w maju nie było potrzeby). Czystość w porządku, wyposażenie pokoju częściowo odnowione a inne już nieco zmęczone (łóżka) choć wszystko działało, problem mieliśmy tylko z mrówkami, jednak poradziliśmy sobie z tym kupując w markecie środek na mrówki. Bardzo dobra pizza w restauracji znajdującej się na kempingu i bardzo miła obsługa całego kempingu. Jak ktoś nie wymaga luksusów i akceptuje taki standard to nie powinien narzekać, ja najczęściej korzystam z lepszych standardów ale i w takich warunkach daliśmy radę miło spędzić czas. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy, Werony, Mediolanu czy objechania Gardy dookoła.

Niewygodne rozkładane łóżka/fotele posiadają bardzo wąskie i wyleżane materace, należałoby je wymienić na coś innego większego i bardziej komfortowego, mrówki w pokoju ale zostały unieszkodliwione trutką. Przydałby się nowy czajnik bo ten z gwizdkiem to już prawie zabytek.

I don't recommend.

Localization was ok and the view from our appartment was great (but it depends on the appartment location). The swimming pool was fine and clean. The staff at the reception was super nice and friendly.

The appartment was not very clean and all the equipment was old. The pictures in the offer was very far from reality. We also had to clean the appartment before check out using the detergents or pay 25 eur for the cleaning service what was not mentioned in the offer. Luckily we were only two nights.

Inside the area is nice part for kids to play, and restoran.

The furniture is old and in poor condition, especialy beds for kids. For bed linen you need to pay extra money, some for the towels, and they are in poor condition, old and insufficiently clean.

Nice appartment to explore Sirmione and south of Garda

The appartment was cosy, terrace perfect with some lawn to play at the front. The pool was perfect..

The beach - there is actually no beach so no chance to relax at the lake. We read it here and that is why we had no expectations (and we stayed there for Gardaland not for the beach), but…for a summer family time this might be a big minus of the camp.

Views of the lake, restaurant and mini market as part of the facilities and pool plus play area which children loved

Room facilities. Beakfast and linen not part of the price. TV not working... Reported it but no one turned to fix it during the whole 5 day-stay.

it was ok for what we needed.

bar area and food was good, Pool was nice and there was always a sun bed available, Don’t really get the swim cap thing. People in the bar were very nice and food was good.

we had a villa/apartment and although it was clean it was in quite bad repair, Shower wouldn’t stay up so couldn’t have a decent shower, Toilet seat kept falling off,

Beautifully located site, better suited for experienced camp

The the view was amazing! We could directly look at the lake from our apartment. The pool area is clean and supervised by a lifeguard. The best part about our short stay was the people working at the place, who were always available and friendly (most of them speak multiple languages too)!

Some information about the apartments has not been stated on the website before booking. For instance, each resident has to undertake the final cleaning of the apartment using their own detergents. Another option would be to pay 50€ for the cleaning personnel. I think it is obvious that rooms shouldn’t be left in chaos, but we weren’t prepared to spend more money on cleaning items to make sure we left the room as we found it. I find this aspect highly critical, especially since covid regulations are still in place and accommodations should ensure hygiene standards by themselves… Another issue was that the site had to undergo constructions that affected the water pipes, so that we didn’t have water for a few hours and only found out about the reason why when we went to reception to tell them about the water not running. Overall, I personally think that the rooms are not that well equipped. The food and drinks at the restaurant were okay but not worth the high prices.

This place is awful. When we entered the apartment it was so smelly and dirty. This smell never left even during our stay. Probably something in furniture. Old shower, old sink and tap, lousy bathroom full of small bugs. We wanted to leave first thing in the morning but couldn't get a refund. Floor was so dirty and whole place ia full of bugs. Please note: air condititioning costs 5 euros a day, also no soap, no towels, no sheets, no toilet paper.(you can rent towels and bed linen) We have contacted them via booking but their efficiency in answering is same quality like everything else. So dissapointed it almost ruined our whole trip. Ic I could I would give it 0 points. Also highly overpriced

Disappointing

The location is the only good thing i can mention.

We booked two whole apartments. The apartments were already untidy when we arrived. The toilet was broken, the shower sink took the water very slowly. The bed was overused, and underneath every furniture were dirt. The general view of the camping was bad for us, because even the garden was messy. When we checked out, the staff asked for money because we "did not leave it tidy enough", but it was just as clean when we arrived. In total, i just would not recommend this camping to anyone.

Very good

Kitchen and all the kitchen accessories very clean! It was a pleasure!! Nothing sticky or dirty. Same with bathroom! Very well equipped apartment. The staff was amazing! They were very polite and absolutely helpful! 100% Recommendation!

The campsite was really comfortable and I imagine in the summer when the pool is open, it is lovely

Hidden charges, you have to pay extra for AC, no WiFi, sheets and towels you have pay additional for them as well and you either clean your apartment your self or pay 52Euros cleaning fee which is a lot for a room

Disappointing

The campsite is close to a fantastic public beach with great free facilities.

The apartment kitchen was not well equipped, and facilities were charged for as extras that are usually included in the price of a mid-range apartment (air conditioning, bed linens, wireless internet). The check in and check out times are not flexible, leading to waits and queues.

Decent for the price but not comfortable

+ Good location near Sirmione + Cheap food

- Beds not confortable AT ALL and were not even so one of us kept rolling to the middle - Not the cleanest place - No storage in the bathroom - Cleaning personnel was making a lot of noise early in the morning when cleaning the units around so it is impossible to sleep in - Fence that is supposed to open by itself by detecting the plate number but takes forever for each entry and departure of the camping - Fridge was making quite some noise - Outside light was making strange crispy noise in the electrical panel which is not reassuring at all so we just kept it off at all time

It is good for Camping or a one night stay in the apartments.

The location was good. It was not far from the center of Sirmione. The resort it self is good for camping with family or staying overnight. The restaurant was GREAT we ate at the resort both nights.

They should inform on their page that you have to pay a deposit in 80 euros cash when staying in the apartments also cleaning up the apartment yourself before checking out or you pay 50 euros to have them clean it. It is better to bring your own blankets and pillowcases because the ones they have are not that comfortable. You also have to pay to use the Air condition per night and there is no internet.

Pleasant

I did not like residence. On the other hand I have to tell that Sirtmione, Lago, Monte Baldo were fantastic.

There is no beach. Wifi - extra fee but just outside. Relative expansive Towels/Sheets - particurarly when you came just for few days. Pool clean, but very small. Staff kind but very slow - they solved many things at once. Not clean unit when we came - cobwebs with spiders in the bathroom f.e. we were not allowed to be at the final check of the apartment.

Short lake experience... in the swimming pool!

Good price-quality balance. Nice swiiming pool for babies. Apartments are very well furnished and new.

Food quality of the restaurant can improve. There is no access to the lake, you need to take the car to go to the beach. So we spent our time in the swimming pool....
