Lovely atmosphere to the hotel and surroundings. Very friendly.

Very friendly welcome and kindness throughout our stay. THe food was excellent . We ate there every evening. Fantastic Pool area. Our room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Would have been nice to have tea or coffee making facilities. Very easy access for all the places we wanted to visit. No problem with parking and although we didn’t need it they had electric charging facilities.

Exceptional

This pleasant country hotel convenient to Nimes was a highlight of a multi country trip. Our hosts could not have been kinder or more accommodating. Be sure to have dinner there if you can. It's worth it.

Great location and excellent restaurant!

As described very clean hotel, friendly staff, the restaurant served excellent food and we had plenty of choices with the breakfast buffet.

Better pillows and a larger shower.

wifi was virtually nonexistent; parking is shared and marginally adequate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall stay was nice and location, for me, was perfect.

The pool was very cold, granted it is outside but I was a bit surprised that it couldn't be heated somehow. It was on a warm day too.

lovely old building, we had dinner at the restaurant in the evening, superb meal, local produce

unfortunately our bed linen was not clean, mattress cover had a unpleasant stain, the pillows did not have pillow protectors, again stained, also the quilt was not pleasant, a real shame, as this really let the hotel down, the rooms also need some updating and redecorating

was raining inside the room and the owners did not even apologize. they just pick up as during the night and moved to another room. we seemed to ha e botherd him.

Peaceful location, superb pool, a relaxing stay at a reasonable cost.

An amazing location- 10 minutes and around 20 euros to Nimes centre and 20 euros by taxi to the airport. An amazing pool- one of the best for cleanliness, size and temperature. Lovely breakfasts, in a lovely setting. The staff were not over bearing. They won't approach you very much, but are helpful if you ask them!

The triple room we were staying in was a little compact- but very comfortable and clean. Good value for money.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Shower was good and bathroom all clean. Staff were all very friendly,

The pool appeared dirty, and tinged green. All the outside areas seemed tired and a little scruffy. It could do with a refurbishment and de-clutter. Breakfast was disappointing for the money.

could be an amazing stay but staff need to learn how to speak English

pool and room were amazing !! i love that part! the location was okay, but thank god for the campsite across the street for cheap eats. at the hotel it’s very overpriced . for that price the breakfast should be included. don’t book here if you don’t have a car , otherwise you will need to pay a taxi everytime you wanna go to the city centre.

the staff do not speak English and don’t even try. i bet if you are French you would have a lovely stay. even tho it says at the reception “here we speak English” they don’t. and sometimes they can come across rude . although we tried to speak with our minimum French , it was very hard to communicate with them. i understand the elderly people have a hard time to speak English but the young employees should be able to. specially if you work at a hotel.

too expensive, charged for dog 10€ and in room on brosure saying 6€. confused :( payed room and dinner like 2 days stay. I reserve king bed got 2 small ones

Pleasant

Great place and great staff. Service was great. They really want to make sure you have all that you need.

I have to mention that there was a wedding in the hotel happening during our stay in the hotel and that I couldnt sleep because of the loud music and all the people with high heels going in and back in their rooms during the night. It was a bad experience for me as we were traveling with kids and we needed to have a good sleep before taking the road. Make sure they are no wedding when you stay there. Apart from that, everything was great.
