Bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous y sommes allé pour quelques nuits en hiver dans un appartement. Bon emplacement, pas trop loin de la plage d'Espiguette. Un supermarché juste à côté, ainsi qu'un McDo.

A peu près rien.

Pool closed at 19 and it’s check in between 17:30 and 18:30. The staff in the restaurant was trashy drug looking people accept for one or two who looked normal, the receptionist was really nice

Good shower and separate toilet, terrace with pool access!
We stayed mid April and it was quite cold during the night.
No coffee or tea at the room
3.4
Comfortable room and good location
3.4
Having an apartment
The toilet was separate from shower, which made it difficult.
The living room was small
One of the beds was a sofa bed, which was uncomfortable to set up and sleep on.
3.4
Nice for walking the dog. Nice surrounding. Spacious rooms.
Arrival timeslot very short (you must not arrive before 5 or after 7pm!), everything has to be made by ourselves (eg bed). Not too clean. Breakfast needs to be reserved by calling. Everything feels a bit complicated.
3.4
Lovely to have a pool, good matrasses, clean enough.
Could do with an Aircon as it is impossible to open the windows with al mosquitos here (inherent to swamp areas like the camargue). Matras of the foldable bed was a bit dirty. Fridge was leaking a bit of water. There is a smell in the bathroom (bought an air freshener, problem solved).

The location is ok. Port and beach are at least a 30 minutes walk but a supermarkt is near. The facility is closed and fenced.
Bedding and towels were not provided although we had booked them. No air condition. The shutters were partly broken so that the apartments heat up during the day. No insect window screens. So you have the choice to sweat all night or to be bitten by mosquitoes.
To use the pool you have to follow loads of rules. The pool stuff didn‘t let me and my three year old in the pool because “we don’t wear the right swimmingwear” A guy how wear short similar like my was in the pool area. My question what is the difference between us wasn’t answered. (But it seems like the guy inside was acquaintance of the pool guy.)

Apartment was spacious, parking was good. Resort and Marina very pleasant. Need to change cover on sofa bed, very uninviting, spoilt look of apartment.
The place was very tired, needed a good refurbishment. Balcony was terrible, mould everywhere, needed a good powerwash, did not sit out there once.
Why was Reception not open until 4pm on changeover day, Saturday? No fun waiting hours in 30% heat.
Why no Parasols by the pool, but plenty by the Cafe? Not good enough.

near attactions, near supermarket
a lot of flee and mosquitos insidie the room.
no air conditioning

There was no air condition.

The parking next to the apartment. Swimming pool nearby, open til 19.00. Very quite place, we had a terrace with a drying rack to dry our swimming suits easily. Wi Fi works perfectly. The reception gave us all instruction, so that we easy checked in after 19.00. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the Camargue area, as we knew. At night you can sleep with the blinds down and the window open and it's not hot. Also we had a fen ventilation.
Nothing, everything was good.

the sheets and towels were all clean and the swimming pool was lovely, we ate at the restaurant and we enjoyed our meal
it was unloved and not cared for very well, in the room was a sofa bed that had a blue cover over it that was stained and could not be used well as a sofa as it wobbled when sat on, the patio I had to clean and brush before we could sit out on, the patio door handle was broken off at the top and was sharp, the doors themselves were a fight to open as they stuck when unlocked, the toilet smelt and the bin was old and rusty, no small vegetable knife only a large bread knife to cut with, Restaurant was only open Friday to Sunday we saw many people going there to eat and being disappointed as it was not opened, one couple came in the afternoon went for a swim got changed for dinner as the restaurant wasn’t opened they packed and left, not one staff spoke to us during our stay there , only when I booked it at reception, they seemed to not care, I was very disappointed as it could of been lovely with some TLC will not be going back

Good location
Nothing like the pictures. Extremely basic and our room/apartment had clearly seen a lot of parties. It was also unclear how to access and no code was given to us to go in and out of the main gates, so we were stuck outside when we came back after dinner.

cheapest
basic not comfortable, no idea where the keys were, no answer, hard to find way in at night, bed not made, welcome email sent the day after we arrived just after midnight. useless. no info in the room. Was told wifi code was at reception which was closed. in fact it was in small print the key envelope.

we needed an overnight stay and the Vaccancole- Residence met our needs. The cleaning was fine.
the interior was somewhat run-down and the surroundings lacked a gardener
3.4
You need to make the bed
You need to remove the sheets from the bed
You need to clean the dishes
You need to dry the dishes and leaving on the cupboard without any dishwasher provided, so you need to buy it of course.
If not you will be fined.
All of this without any comment in the booking process, only when you check in.

One of the travelers was a person who travels with an electric wheelchair. The room was on the first floor, no elevator. No refund was issued. If only a handful of rooms is accessible it needs to be addressed that not all rooms are accessible.
3.4
None
-The whole hotel facility is old, some are broken and need renovations.
-No elevator access to the room, the counter of bathroom's sink is broken, sofa bed is broken, stairways are dirty.
-Gym is minimum and most of the equipments are neither not working properly nor broken
-WIFI is terribly slow
-Hotel staff is kept at minimum regardless if there is long line waiting at reception, ONLY one person is working.
3.4
Very poor, uncosy, no airco, horrible beds, old, not too well maintained. No furniture. Way too expensive for the hot, minimalist bunker it is.
3.4
Absolutely not recommend in term of cleaning and customer service.
