Great location of the hotel. Typical for a ski holiday. 5 minutes walk to the lift. There is a great spa and swimming pool in the hotel. The pool is a bit small but you can swim ok. Food at the hotel was great. Nothing to dislike.

A week before my trip got a message from the hotel telling that they didn’t have my room available and they were sending us to a different place. Different location, different room size as we selected in the hotel and we end up staying far away from the other group of people we travelled with. This hotel is definitely out of my list and if someone is to look at it I would triple check to ensure you will have your room.

Don't let them park your car. I had to wait one hour during my checkout to get it back.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at skii holiday. Gorgeous building. High quality spacious rooms and high quality service. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ischgl. Amazing location accros the ski lift. You can park Your car and forget about it for all stay. The food was amazing! Great for couples! We will return!

Great location and facilities
Food - whilst wonderfully decorated, the menu choices each day were not the greatest.
Ww didn’t finish any meals, due to strange combinations.
In room facilities - would benefit from having tea and coffee facilities in the room. You were charged for any you got in the dining area.
Do not disturb room marker - Staff still knocked and attempted to enter the room, even when indicated not to.

Perfect, close to the lifts, ski hire and bars. A short walk to the mega apres scene.
The pool was too cool and the hot baths didn’t work.
4.0
the location, room, staff - all excellent
the heat in the rooms, although that feeling extended to all the restaurants in Ischgl also - so hot!!

The breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean and service is good.
The staff was nice and there was a good parking near the hotel.
It is very easy to get the to the lifts from the hotel.
Wouldn't order dinner for the entire week in advance, maybe worth trying it once.
One huge problem is the noise. There is no way to cool the heated room except by opening a window, but there are parties held in the same building of the hotel until the middle of the night, which don't allow you to sleep.
I stayed up until 2am when the party was over (was staying on the first floor)

The location is perfect.
the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. we took a room for 3 and there was nothing lenta of space for us and our gear.
breakfast was excellent.
the staf was super nice. we were supposed to get free parking and the ski pass was also ordered on the reception.
The ski room is quite small so it can get quite crowded. you might need to wait 5 minutes for you to get your gear - which is obviously not a big deal.
