O pequeno almoço é excelente, com opções variadas e o principal, nada muito doce, tudo muito saudável, fiquei encantada. Sempre nos deparamos com cafés sem opções fit. Lá foi sensacional.
O quarto é arejado e limpo sempre.
A localização é excelente, bem próximo ao local de desembarque do flex, o que facilita chegar com as malas, além de ser perto de tudo! Numa das principais ruas da ilha. Eu amei, e quero voltar!
Só precisam melhorar o ar condicionado

The breakfast is the highest point. The location is also great.
They really should do something about the awful smell that fills the bathrooms/patios of the flats, it stinks a lot. Also the kitchenware that's in the flat's kitchen is too old and dated. Not to mention we only had one glass for 2 people and no cups at all, should one want to make a cup of coffee or else.

The location is good
The workers are nice
-The toilet had a problem and it took time to get fixed
-One night we couldn’t access to our bedroom due to a door problem, they wanted first to let us in an other bedroom without our luggages. After an hour of negociations they accepted to break the door to at least give us access to an other bedroom. But the other bedroom was not as qualitative as the first one at all. They didn’t propose any compensation. The day after we had to wait the maintenance comes to finally get back in this room. It was a horrible night and we were so tired the day after.
-the wifi is really bad
-the air conditioning is really noisy and not really efficient

Upon arrival we quickly learned/saw that Lhonier is one of the larger chains in town, and has several locations. This isn't necessarily bad, and perhaps it was the timing (carnaval holiday) but we immediately felt like we were in a corporate, mass-sales hotel. Staff were fine, but not overly-friendly or motivated to help us resolve the several issues we encountered. Unlike most pousadas we've stayed in, the breakfast is underwhelming and looks/tastes mass-produced. Based on the photos we thought we were waterfront when in reality we were in a different building about 50 meters from the ocean. The location was fine, on the main road of town, but we did have to walk apx. 100 meters to the other (waterfront) building for breakfast and/or to speak with the reception about our issues (mosquito infestation, dirty sheets, and erratic electric system).
The booking experience was stressful and time-consuming because they kept telling us our credit card didn't go through, then told us the new card worked, then contacted us the day of our travel to inform me that it hadn't gone through. When i went through great efforts to communicate with them directly (rather than through booking.com) and pay with another payment method, they responded that actually the payment DID go through. Booking.com profile gave us the impression that we would be in a building facing the ocean. We were surprised to learn we were in a building about 50 meters down the road. When we arrived, the staff was nice-enough but seemed resistant/uninterested in helping us carry our luggage (despite us having a baby and several suitcases), which is unusual behavior in Brazil. The sheets had stains and holes, and the blanket smelled, which made us question the room's cleanliness.
The worst part of our experience was when we opened the door to our room and it was literally INFESTED with mosquitos. We live in Brazil and know mosquitos are often inevitable in the tropics. However, we have NEVER seen a hotel room swarming like this and were shocked that the staff member who checked us in didn't even acknowledge/offer to assist. We immediately identified an open window which had allowed the mosquitos to enter, but the staff's response was equally shocking: she said there are just many mosquitos on the island! After several minutes she offered to spray room and clean up the dead mosquitos, if we wanted to vacate the room for several hours (having a baby made us weary, but we decided to go with it because we saw no other alternative). When we returned to the room after dinner, our electricity (would only work for about 1 minute and then turn off. The night guard had no solutions to offer and said he couldn't contact the owner.

The bedsheets, the towels and every single corner of the apartment were quite dirty and smelly. The air conditioning is old and make such a loud noise you cannot sleep. I do not recommend this stay at all. In the pictures it looks much nicer than reality.

breakfast selection was okey
Lonier Inn flats are located in the centre of Abraao. There is a hotel restaurant located next to the flats creating a very loud environment with live music until late night not to mention the noise of customers.
The room was full of mosquitos when we arrived and it took us quite a while to get rid of all of them. There where big holes in the wall around the A/C where mosquitos can get back into the room. We had to get creative and make up ways to close the holes ourselves to have a peace of mind. A/C is very loud - it is impossible to leave it on during the night.
The room was dirty, full of dust and the bed had also seen days..
Overall the accommodation was not worth the price.

Some of the front desk staff were extremely helpful. They assisted with our requests.
There were no mattress pads on the beds. The sheets we too narrow to cover the mattress.

The coffee break was amazing. The hotel's location was very good.
The shower was not working when arriving in the room. There was only one person to fix all the problems at the hotel. The clerk was helpful and repaired the shower at the end of the night.
