The hosts were friendly and helpful.
The good beaches were at some distance. Apart from the beach of Ag. Nikolaos, all the rest would need to rent a car and taxis on the island are not operating from village to village, and bus connections are impossible/non-existent (!!!) That is not a problem of the property but finally reduced the pleasure of the holiday.

The room was very, very big and amazingly clean! Great sea and sunset view, which is what I'm looking for. Quiet place to stay, perfect if you're looking for relaxing time. Hosts are super friendly and nice. And super-super bonus: the amazing breakfast, served in your room and with everything being prepared by the owners - even the cheese! Overall, an amazing experience, just what I was looking for.

If you like a quiet and relaxing vacation near by the sea with small bays and great sunsets on the edge of the small village of Arkasa, this is a fantastic place.
The warm care and service in the family-run apartment complex should be emphasized.

The room was always clean, and the stuff was polite.
No AC on our first night. That was the first issue. Landlady put us in different room than the one we had booked, just for one night because the AC was not working in it. But the AC of the new room also quit working in the middle of the night. Thankfully next day she arranged for many --if not all-- ACs to be replaced by new ones. The second major issue was that although the facility claims it provides WiFi, we practically didn't have Internet in our room, because the signal was non-existent. The connection was unable to be established and we were only able to find a poor connection if we were leaned outside the side windows, just to get a glimpse of a signal. The lack of WiFi was totally unacceptable. The third issue with the service, was the fact that upon returning to our room we found the balcony door wide open twice. As we later discovered, many locals --including our Landlady-- tend to believe that there are no thieves in the island, and that is absolutely safe to leave the windows of the house open, while they are out... I don't know what it would be like to find that your laptop is missing, after returning from a restaurant one night... The fourth issue, was our breakfast. Totally overrated and quite expensive --5 euros per person. We tried it only once and for sure we have seen way better than this and less expensive. These were issues the we dealt with during our stay at Archipelagos apartments. We hope you find it useful.

the location is in a very quiet place in front of the sea
As Italians the kitchen equipment needs to be improved so that, if desired, a real possibility of cooking can be made.
The bed must also be improved: we often sweat even at low temperatures. In our case we have always slept with the windows on the balcony open as it always gets very windy at night. I think it all depends on the mattress. In any case air conditioning is in the room. The lighting in the living room needs to be significantly improved.
Finally, the wi-fi is a little slow.
These are just tips, overall the stay was positive.

We had an enjoyable stay here, it’s a great spot for exploring the south of the island! The sunsets are beautiful and the rooms are spacious.
The WiFi didn’t reach our room.
