Panoramic view

The panoramic view from my balcony was amazing on naama bay mountains, all rooms are sea view ,beds are comfortable

The staff was lovely and friendly. The view was amazing. The rooms was good. Small hotel. The hotel street was unlighted and weird.too ugly

There was no open buffet. There was too much waiting time to take my breakfast. The hotel was in silent mode no activity no enough lights no animation team no party I felt sad all the time I spent . The hotel was too far away from the beach you have to take a long distance to reach. or your car .

Important notices

The view is amazing facing the sea, staff is very helpful and polite starting from the manager tell the Hk.

The service is very poor breakfast ( same three days no varieties) , no catle in room , soap and shampoo also poor furniture needs maintenance, private beach is far so we have to pay to go to neama Bay beach .

I like the location of the hotel and it's worth the price because it's really easy to access all the good places in Naama Bay The staff were friendly and helpful

They still need to work on the facilities of the hotel and the rooms like Air Con and bathroom

The location is very beautiful and amazing all the staff is kind and helpful starting from the manager.

The hospitality is poor, with no variance in food for breakfast 3 days the same, no cattle for tea in rooms, saop and champoo is so poor although the price is not so cheap.

decent hotel with gorgeous view and the best stuff ever

stuff, they are flexible, nice, decent. the stuff are the reason you will tolerate anything else. reception helped me alot i want to thank everyone working in Eden rock as they are the reason my trip was great Also view is fabulous, you feel you are in Greece ! Also i booked a sea trip with adamboat on facebook and it was amazing first diving experience for us

food is ok but no varieties also to reach the sea there are stairs as the hotel is above mountain (not too much i saw ppl double my age doing it easily and quickly it depends on your fitness) but it was still ok for a lazy and not fit person like me :D i am just writing a note because if someone with a health situation he would need a car to reach the beach

Not clean and little outdated. No charging point near bed. So was very irritating go get phone from charging near tv. Even the entire property was completely deserted.

I didn’t like the fact that I booked front sea view and they gave me semi front with trees on the side of the building where I couldn’t stay outside in the balcony at all.

Exceptional Location

The 2nd time I stayed here at superior double sea view room, the staff was so friendly and helpful specially Mr Muhammad Taha who did all he can to make us happy . The location was prime at high mountain with both Naama bay and Sea Magical view . The room was so clean and ready before we arrived . The check in didn’t take more than 30 seconds to be finished that was incredible . The house man was professional . Overall the value is more than money in comapre with all hotels in Sharm El Sheikh at the same category .

Stairs lead to beach weren’t comfortable or suitable for old people ever , it’s almost about 5 doors height . I suggest if the management of the hotel execute a lift with two brigdes above the road to connect the beach road safely , it would be better . The beach was kinda poor and need to renovate and maintain some of bean bags to be comfort .

Excellent place for a relaxing holiday: Very good location, Amazing view, Clean, cosy nice rooms, Spacious pool with good chilling music, Friendly, extremely helpfull staff,

Around the pool they didn't clean the floor every day. No napkins in the restaurant, and a bit strange there are no coffee and tea outside durring breakfast you have to ask from the staff.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Eden Rock - I was there over a decade ago, would certainly visit again

Room was a good size, my request for a room overlooking the sea was accommodated, my room view was superb. The bed was comfortable (but pillow was too bulky). Staff were non-intrusive but ready to respond to all requests. The gardens were well-kept, all public areas were clean and comfortable. Beach pass was available for a nearby beach (free). Information about local services were readily available from on-site staff. Pool was cleaned daily, water was sparkling. 2nd week breakfast was good - personal service (cos very few residents), so had fresh omlette each day plus fresh variety of tomatoes, cucumber, other Egyptian delictations. Room was cleaned upon request, not everyday ... which isn't a problem cos don't need towels etc changed every day. Top service from all staff which cannot be overstated.

Breakfast was not good (in first week) - just mashed potato, mincemeat and processed cheese - with a selection of salads available. Only one set of salt and pepper for the dining room. Tables were not clean at breakfast. Coffee was a bit rubbish. Sunbeds around pool were VERY old, with wheels falling off. Understand that times are hard, so owners don't want to spend excess money on furnishings cos outlook for the Future of Tourism is VERY uncertain. Musak .... was too loud around pool. Appreciate that cost of holiday rooms would have to increase to accommodate all above, so in my view, wd sooner have economical price of spacious room (with a fab view), rather than tip top sunbeds and breakfast.

Eden Rock - Subjective Thoughts

Loved the spacious room with balcony overlooking Naama Bay. Very comfortable bed, large walk in shower. Toilet that actually worked. Very kind and informative staff, considered all customer needs. Also the very clean pool.

Very loud music by pool during 1st week when there were lots of tourists there. Breakfasts of Aubergine (pitta) Sandwich, lots of mashed potato, seriously smashed brown stuff (mince?), plastic cheese and Instant Coffee. NOT NICE (except presumably by percentage of visitors there, from the unmentionable Eastern place). Having to ask for room 2B cleaned after first 4 days there.

Awesome view

One of the best views to Naama bay from the mountain top and still Naama center is maybe 5 minute walk away. Rooms are spacious and modern.

No Wifi at all in my room. Breakfast wasn't good at all. Music plays too loud from the poolside speakers day and night and this is heard even if all the doors and windows are losed - cant sleep.
