Hotelul este amplasat pe un deal, într.un parc. Piscina și sala de fitness aparțin Wolrlclass, pentru piscina ai nevoie de casca, dacă nu ai poți cumpăra una la întrare, costa 63-75lei

Personalul neprietenos, răspundeau la telefon în timp ce vorbeau cu tine. Un hotel vechi, cu tapet vopsit cu lavabila, mobilier ciobit, saltele și perne uzate.

Eindeutig super Aussicht vom Zimmer, Sauberkeit gut, jedoch allg. wirklich nur 3 Stern Wert.

Der Frühstück war sehr einfach. Manche Sachen waren leider nicht frisch. Personal dafür sehr vorkomend. Abendessen in Restaurant mit viel vorgefentigten Sachen, das war allerdings am Menü vermerkt.

Die Organisation vom Hotel entspricht wirklich nur 3 Sterne. Sauna und Schwimbad ist öffentlich, das war aber auf der Siete nicht vermerkt. Jeder Info müsste man erfragen und nachgehen.

Pentru nostalgicii vremurilor de alta data !

Este de departe hotelul cu cea mai frumoasa priveliste din Cluj ! Camerele sunt foarte curate ,micul dejun bogat ,personal amabil iar piscina olimpica si sala de fitnes un mare plus. Pe de alta parte arhitectura clasica , mobilierul clasic din lemn masiv si designul din holul de la receptie aduc hotelului un parfum nostalgic de calatorie in timp !

Pret mare, calitate slaba !

Singurul lucru care mi-a placut a fost privelistea din balconul camerei.

Piscina nu functioneaza, nu am fost informati asupra acestui aspect. Hotelul este ....uitat in timp........, trist, sumbru, neprietenos....... Lifturile functioneaza foarte greoi, timp mari de asteptare in conditiile in care hotelul era GOL..... Micul dejun, sub orice critica !!! PRETUL....inexplicabil de mare pentru cele 3 stele care sunt ..... cazatoare. Pacat de asezarea hotelului .....atat i-a mai ramas !!!!

Okay for the price

Reasonable breakfast. Decent shower.

It felt like it would have been a top class hotel 30 years ago but had gone downhill since. If you are arriving by public transport, be aware that it is on top of a big Hill so you'll burn a lot of calories getting there! No tea/coffee making facilities. Duvet was too small for a double bed and the mattress wasn't the best.

Hotel position with great view of the city. Nice pool and fitness area.

The mattress is very soft and uncomfortable. The cleaning staff only entered the room once. Smell of mold in the bathroom. The restaurant menu is very simple.

The room was spacious and clean. The personel was friendly. The hotel is located near the city center.

The hotel is outdated, the lobby is dark and brings you back to 1970. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but because of this, it smells overall inside like chloride. The bathroom is very basic and small. The breakfast was disappointing, very limited choice and and the warm options (scrambled eggs and bacon) were notoriously cold. the hotel is located at the hill, which means you either need to use a car to get there or climb the stairs (equivalent of 12-15 floors) every time you get in

Exceptional

Very welcoming and very friendly staff, very clean and most importantly location right in center and view from the room is amazing. This was my 3rd time staying at this hotel and will always come here.

The hotel has huge potential, but the quality of all it offers is very low.

Hotel has an excellent position and view over city; the parking space is quite large, area is quiet. Pool is ok and well maintained, free of charge for hotel guests.

The condition of the hotel is very poor, it needs an urgent major rework. The room was not cleaned when we arrived (a lot of dirt and human hair on the floor in the room), during our 4 nights of stay the maid came only in 1 day to clean up the room. Overall room needs major cleaning, as the light switches, window & balcony door handles were full of very old dirt! Breakfast is basic, presentation needs to be improved, quality of the ingredients should be much better.

Convenience of a hotel with parking on site and 24h reception. Gym and pool was available and buffet breakfast was cheap ~£4

Very dated and a but run down from its former glory. Location overlooks the town which means a bit of a walk up the hill.

Good prices for a hotel in Cluj Napoca. Acceptable breakfast. Good rooms, however nothing special. Free parking, however very crowded.

The hotel should be renovated, now it looks as if you travelled back in time to the 1990's or even back to the communist era.
