Pathatic Service

Nothing is thr

Pathatic service.. Reception call itself took 10 minutes to attended all the times. For check out no one called.. I called reception for checkout and asked to send person for luggage collection and no one came and after 20 minutes i am itself carried my luggage. Anf went to reception for checking out.I asked for manager to escalate and he was attending a meeting instead of supervising the hospitality.

Terribly disappointed- only thing breakfasts were good

Closer to Railway Station

Toilet flesh was not working and called plumber multiple times. Then they changed room in that room Aircon not working all night sweating and pillows got wet!!

A short relaxing stay

Located at the Center of the city where every attraction is within 10 mins of drive. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Restaurant food was good.

Extremely unwelcoming staffs. Poor hospitality. Overpriced food menu.

Will not book again.

Good location. Free drinking water.

Staff was not knowledgeable on basic online booking protocols and almost cancelled my reservation even after I paid for it. AC didn't work properly. Toilets smelled of sewage. Food was really bad. Dining utensils and cutlery were filthy. The list goes on...

Ideal hotel for a comfortable and quick stay at Mysore

A well appointed hotel serving to the needs of both leisure as well as work related travel. Rooms are big and comfortable. It is centrally located, with good parking facilities.

While the restaurant and the menu is quite good, the service in the restaurant can be a bit better

Tolles Hotel

Fast alles, bequeme Betten, grosse Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstücksbuffet, leckeres Essen, toller Pool. Die Innenstadt ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ein Highlight auf unserer Indienreise. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen

Das Einzige was störte war Abwassergeruch im Badezimmer.

Great family stay in Mysore

The room size was bigger than most of the places I’ve stayed in. Pool was nice. Food at breakfast was good. Staff were helpful to plan our tour in Mysore. View from the room was decent.

Service and staff needs to be trained to uplift the hotel. Cleaning and general disinfection needs some more work.

The breakfast at their restaurant Zest was fantastic. There's a great variety of Indian and Continental food available plus fresh fruits, tasty coffee/tea and the most adorable, welcoming and supportive staff both at the restaurant and the reception. They've got a baby high chair at the restaurant and a baby cot which was really helpful for us as we traveled with a 10 months year old. The hotel is close to the railway station and within walking distance to some good restaurants. Auto riskshaws are available directly in front of the hotel gateway.

The overall cleanliness is sufficient, however, it could be improved. We had to point out to the housekeeping some areas to be cleaned properly.

An excellent hotel!

The excellent, welcoming ambience of the hotel is augmented by a very knowledgeable and considerate team of staff! The check in process was smooth - the Reception Staff were very efficient in resolving the confusion over my booking -, the room and shower were clean and comfortable, and the room service dinner of a very good standard!

I would have liked to see some additional options on the breakfast buffet like whole fresh fruits (bananas, apples), and cereals.

the carpets in the room and the lobby were dirty and smelly..as soon as u open the door of your room the first thing u could smell was the dirty carpets. limescale marks every in the bathroom, bedsheets were worn out and didn’t look clean..scratches on all the furniture etc..

All in all excellent stay

Excellent Breakfast spread. The buffet lunch we had was also fabulous. The room was speck n clean with well appointed bathrooms. Will surely recommend !!
