Buen sitio para ir al Parque del Café.

El lugar es precioso y queda muy cerca del parque del Café. Las personas muy atentas y cordiales.

Fueron 3, cosas los horarios del restaurante nos obligaron a salir a buscar comida. No sé observa bien clima laboral entre los servidores y pelearon porque no había mantequilla para los clientes, y La verdad la junior swit, no tenía vista, eran los bajos de las habitaciones sencillas, eso no lo entiendo.

It´s a very nice stay if you are plannig to go to the coffe park.

I liked how close the hotel was to the coffee park (walking distance), how comfy the rooms were and the view we had in our balcony, the pool was nice and clean, as well as the kids pool. In general the facilities were very nice, the staff very professional and friendly.

The hotel food could be better, the jacuzzi hours were not clear, the poster said 6pm, the front desk staff said 6:30pm, the regular staff said 7pm, but either way when they turn it on, it was not very hot for a jacuzzi, barely warm. Also there was some bee issues in the hallway that lead to the room, that clearly was not even dealt with.

Great location and great food, not very clean…

Location! I stayed there one night, only to visit the Coffee Park the next day. It is literally only a couple mins walk from the hotel. Also, the food in the restaurant. One of the best meals I’ve had so far in the past month I’ve been in Colombia.

The room smelled weird and it wasn’t very clean. Especially the floor, two dead spiders on there when I walked in.

My boyfriend is vegetarian, and the chef was very accommodating with his diet. He made my bf vegan pasta one night and vegetarian burger the other.

The only thing we didn't enjoy was the wifi because it didn't work inside the rooms, only in the main lobby area. Also our room was never vacuumed or swept. Also no AC

2 of our team members got sick with the meat dinner. The reception didn't have our reservation in their system. The rooms were very far away from each other.

Visited the coffee area of Columbia the Parque de Cafe is a 2 minute walk and this place is amazing

Breakfast was great, choice of 2 and was made hot and fresh to order. The staff was friendly and the food delicious

WIFI only useful in the Lobby. Other then that, the property is beautiful, clean and just perfect.

The rooms really need TLC, they are not very clean. The bath was “grey” instead of white .

coffee maker in the room but must buy own coffee ( the only offered one but just as a courtesy) property seems outdated . ground and gardens need more attention.

Horrible experience do not go!

nothing at all, the location if you go to the coffee park

my experience was horrible in this hotel, they made me pay in cash and they had dataphone, their employees treated us horrible, I ate lunch at their restaurant and they came to knock on my door at 11 at night when I was already asleep to charge me, there was no water and the water that had come out dirty, the next day I had breakfast and gave my dog some food and they charged me for the dish, supposedly they are dog friends, a guy named Jerry treated us like garbage with criminals, and when I complained about that I paid more and I wanted my money back that I paid in cash, they did not want to do it. the room where my daughter stayed was so humid that she could not breathe .... horrible experience I do not recommend this hotel the staff is horrible and the man jerry is the most horrible person.

From gate closed at 10 pm So if you're going be out, you'll need the security phone number to ge in I didn't know that I was waiting out the gate for about 10 minutes I was my fault. I didn't let them know I was coming after hours Thanks
