The room we stayed in smelled like tobacco the minute we entered. The bed sheets had tobacco holes. The air conditioner made a weird noise, and it was impossible to have a good night's sleep.

The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good.
The hotel was less centrally located than expected.

It was ok but the secure parking is not secure at all. I had my sat Nav stolen off my motorcycle. The underground parking is NOT secure. The electric doors that are meant to close do not. Also the car park is easily accessible from the stairs.
