All off it

The room was clean and nicely sized, the shared bathroom was less of an issue than i anticipated and checking in and out was painless, the area was absolutely perfect for what i needed and the on-site parking was great. Beds were comfortable enough and it was quiet enough that i slept ok.
The bar shut earlier than i anticipated the plug sockets were in slightly awkward places (not a big deal for either of these) by far the biggest issues was there was not hot water at all in either the sink or the shower meaning we had to resort to cold and uncomfortable showers.

Hotel is situated in a suburb of Birmingham. Easy to be found. I stayed here one more time so I already knew the area and surroundings. Staff is helpful. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price. I could say that it's a pleasant hotel.
Previous time they served english breakfast but this time they had changed it to continental. I could say that previous time was better that the current.

Very basic. But clean
Noisy from traffic

Nothing
It’s was old, creaky and run down. Carpets old and had burn marks. Sticky floor. Bathroom very tired. Lights in the room by the bed didn’t work, curtains didn’t fit the window. No place to fill the kettle.

Complimentary breakfast is what attracted me to it. Pricing not bad
The hotel needs a painting face-lift plus clean carpets . In fact new carpets

The staff went above and beyond for me, thank you! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast every morning was perfect for what I needed. I would stay here again
0.5
The price and own room
Breakfast was included but unusual toaster which burnt my toast
Cold shower bedroom window difficult to open and close. Noisy traffic all through the night. The bathroom or rather shower room with the only toilet in had a light that kept going off leaving me in the dark unless I waved my arms around every few minutes.. No WiFi internet available

Hot water wasn't working , sockets wasn't working
Clearness n friendly staff.

The hotel was very good value for money and the staff were friendly. The location was ideal for my purposes.
The road outside was busy with traffic which meant there was traffic noise.

The manager was friendly and the Chinese restaurant on-site was excellent. Breakfast ok
The hotel smelt of smoke and the room was not very clean. Bathroom needed a good mopping and bleaching. At £56 per night was expensive.

The price was reasonable and the room was clean enough. The beds were fine and warm on a cold night.
It was not made clear that there would be a shared toilet. I paid more than I could have done for a basic room because it was not made clear that I would be sharing a bathroom even though it was not the cheapest room, which did state "Shared Bathroom". Also it was not made clear it was above a Chinese restaurant!
